GoogleAvoid, avoid. They really don't care abt you or yr house. Steven will send U the review link but you should wait a few months before completing it. You judge someone by how they deal with issues n complaints, unfortunately mine were ignored. So many issues since day one n it goes from bad to worse. . Phones never get answered, emails are not responded to. High staff turnover. They failed even to keep their side of the contract, charge you for something you've not had, n for me to get a refund was a struggle but Aimee Dearen was great n helped me. She has left. I had to constantly chase them to put things right n I have a fully managed package. They failed to turn up for home inspection n never notified me so I waste my day I gave advance notice for them to serve S21 to end 18th June I made that point crystal clear, abt the date. I got told it was served on the 19 when in fact it was not served at until 25 April n to end on 19 July. They increased an extra month without my consent. I was also lied abt an inspection that never took place, which sent my stress level through the roof as there were teo families living there n having a negative impact on my home. When things go wrong they don't care n make no attempts to resolve.
