His proactive approach distinguishes him from others in his field. He communicated effortlessly, putting me at ease throughout our interaction. GoogleBen has been such a help to me! I’m a single mum that wants to move away from this area to be near my children. His experience in selling houses has been nothing but professional and taken into account what my house is worth. I would highly recommend not only the company as a whole but he puts you at ease and is extremely helpful with questions along the way. GoogleAwful service. Letting agent didn’t know what came with the rental property. And the service managers have not delivered on their ability to sort out any of the broken appliances in the property. Dodging calls and no communication. Will be taking action as costing a fortune whilst they sit doing nothing

GoogleI wouldn’t bother for lettings, Over 2 years our tenant has been living in this property. STILL 2 years on the board is still up outside after emails and calls. No care any longer. Won’t be using them next time. We have had to physically remove it ourselves.

GoogleCouldn't do 0 stars. I haven't lived at my nans property in over 10years. She has passed and I've had multiple phonecalls off this company trying to poach the sale of our family home, off tailor made. I have asked multiple times for my details to be removed from their system. Vulchers. Not needed when grieving. Would never use this company.

GoogleWHAT CAN I SAY? Over 2.5 years, bungalow sold 3 times/ failed 3 times due to the chain being broken, all beyond their control. Resteered the ship, 4th attempt now sold. Have to congratulate Helen and her colleagues for being so extremely diligent, helpful and patient. Highly recommend the crew!
It certainly was a challenge and you haven't even mentioned the water leak ! Despite everything being against us we got there in the end and we are delighted that you were happy with the service.

GoogleI strongly discourage anyone from engaging with this estate agent. After a decade of renting, I was given only one month's notice to vacate without any personal contact. No one arranged key collection, and despite multiple calls and emails over three months, my deposit has not been returned. The deposit scheme was archived, preventing an official enquiry. Promised callbacks were never fulfilled. A truly awful service experience.
