GoogleWe were really grateful for the help Bradley’s provided to us whilst we were purchasing our first home in Exeter. Being first time buyers, we weren’t always confident on each stage of the process and Katie was always very helpful in explaining or advocating for us when we had tricky issues with our conveyancers, going the extra mile to seek out alternative advice and being a friendly voice on the end of the phone during a long purchase process. GoogleWe first contacted Bradley in early May 25 to view a property with Annabelle for which we put in an offer that was accepted, all proceeded well until early August when our buyers chain collapsed. We assumed we would lose our purchase, however with Sam and Annabelle's help and a patient seller we quickly found a new buyer which has resulted in us being able to proceed to purchase which completes this month, Nov, exceeding expectations. We can't thank Bradleys enough for their help in making this purchase work. Thanks again Sam and Annabelle. Derek.

Feedback from viewings was provided quickly, and once the sale was agreed, it was progressed very efficiently. Bradley's provided a very good, professional service, and I would certainly use them again if I were selling a further property in the area.

GoogleSurvey for equity release carried out and the same arrogant rude man came. Despite having 7 surveys by other companies all who valued our property as £695,000 and it being recently put on the market for £735,000 your surveyor has for the second time valued our unique thatched house as £640,000. Trying to compare it with other properties not at all like ours is not a true valuation.

GoogleI cannot praise Bradleys highly enough. Christian's valuation was spot on and he is a pleasure to work with, but he is backed up by such an expert team. I was promised good communication and team-wide understanding of my sale, and that's exactly what I got. No matter who I spoke to, they could help me or they got back to me with an answer promptly. Cathy is particularly brilliant: very customer focused with a comprehensive understanding of all the issues that arise and how to solve them. Thank you Christian, Cathy, Josh, Jake and the entire Bradleys team.

In addition they have embraced use of the variety of communication channels now available to reach the market. The listing of our house was excellent. The quality of the photos and the video made us question why we were selling! Customer relations is excellent and we were kept up to date with progress. The organization of viewings was professional and considerate. We were selling to a market that was challenging and we worked with Rachel and the team to optimize the presentation. We were able to sell our house sooner than we expected. Rachel our prospective buyers which gave us confidence to accept the offer. The team was supportive during the conveyancing which progressed without undue hitches. We have no hesitation in recommending Bradley's as an excellent firm of Estate Agents.

GoogleThe team at Bradleys in Budleigh Salterton have helped us sell two properties of the last 18 months. It would be fair to say that the path hasn't been smooth, more through force of circumstance than anybody's fault but Robin, Jo and the rest of the staff have always been helpful, reassuring and there when you need them. Not sure what else you could ask from an estate agents? Would I recommend them to a friend? Absolutely!
