GoogleWhen I switched from a different agent to Bradleys, after not a single viewing, the effect was almost immediate, with two initial viewings within a week. One of the viewings ended up purchasing my property for the asking price. I had reduced the price a little to be honest, but this was under the guidance of the Bradleys agent, who was "up front" with me. Despite a very trying and dormant selling environment, Sam Elias and her team (Jeanette, Amber and Jordan) were always available and persisted with good humour at all times. Thank you very much!

GoogleI arranged to view a flat via facetime with my daughter as I was out of the country. This was agreed prior to the viewing to by the estate agent. On asking to go forward with the tenancy I was told i couldn't be put fw'd as i hadn't viewed it personally. When i said that most agents were doing virtual viewing they said it was their policy that everyone had to view a property in person. Even when i said I'd sign a waiver i was denied the property. Really disappointed in their customer service, lack of compassion and flexibility in the current pandemic situation, not a company I would recommend

We are clearly trying to accommodate all enquiries and video viewings are very much 'the norm' now, although it should have been made clear at the outset that we cannot accept applications based upon a video viewing. In the main most people understand there is a risk attached to doing so and therefore will ensure they make provisions to view in person. We hope you understand. Thank you.

GoogleWe are just in the process of purchasing our new dream home in Lelant. This is totally due to the incredible team at Bradley's St Ives. Initially we had contact with Vicky, and although the property we saw did not meet our needs Vicky supplied us with options and was extremely helpful in assisting us to realise our requirements. After 3 weeks of looking at properties and feeling drained, on our penultimate day in Cornwall, out of the blue 'a star appeared' in the shape of Jessica, who phoned to inform us a sale had fallen through and she thought we were well suited to the property, as we had a long drive back to Doncaster Jessica managed to get us a very quick viewing, and we immediately fell in love with the house and put an offer in. We feel Jess tipped the balance with the vendors and we have nothing but praise for her and her professionalism and the whole team at Bradley's St Ives.Looking forward to seeing you all soon. Would highly recommend this team to any prospective buyers or sellers!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
