GoogleI saw a couple of houses advertised on Zoopla in the Callington/Liskeard area about 3/4 weeks ago so I sent an email via Zoopla. Was sent a reply email to full out an applications, which I did and had no replies. So after 3/4 days I try calling 3 times in a day and the phone just rings to an anwser phone. I then email through Zoopla and their website, no replies, now 2 weeks or so have passed and houses are still advertised. I sent viewing requests through the website and just get same automated email saying fill out a form, which I've done multiple times now. So last night I saw a live chat button on their website which I used, after some conversation I get asked for contact details and Someone called me back but said, sorry I work in sales you will need to call lettings in the morning. So this morning I call lettings, explain the situation and get told someone will call you back shortly, but did not ask for contact details, but I guess you must have them from all the application forms I've filled in. I have had no phone call, so I go back on the website and use the live chat, get told sorry for the delay, someone will call you very shortly. Still no phone call or replies to my emails or messages on Zoopla. If for some reason I don't meet your requirements then pleaae be professional enough to call or email and explain why I'm not meeting your requirements, or let me know what I need to change so I can. I feel I have wasted 3/4 weeks of my time trying to get an appointment to view a properties from you in which are in the ideal area for my needs. I can supply references from previous landlord who I've rented from for over 12 years now, I am ready to move, have no pets and a non smoker, I work full time, self employed and I earn over £4000 a month, I don't understand why your not replying to me or arranging a viewing of the houses I like, I can quite clearly afford the rent. I'm shocked and disappointed in the way I've been treated by your company. It is refreshing to know not all lettings agents treat people this way.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleAppalling experience. After a long time trying to buy a house that bradley's were selling they put it into a bidding war just as we were ready to exchange without bothering to let us know. They undoubtedly did not get the best price for their vendors and we are at a loss as to why.
Having investigated the matter, there appears to be far more involved than your review suggests, and the office communicated clearly with you throughout the process, including an email in March that explains the owners were re-marketing due to the lack of progress you had made in the 6 months since your initial offer! The owners chose not to proceed with your offer in the end, fully aware of the position, which they are entitled to do and we carried out their instructions. GoogleAlthough we choose Bradley's due to Claire's work ethics we had Laura manage our four luxurious apartments for sale. Laura worked tirelessly but sad to say in my decades of buying and selling, never have I experienced such volume of unqualified flaky viewers to buyers. Our eventual so called buyer had no maturity or business acumen to carry forward the intention of purchase. We not only wasted five valuable months but have been left with a massive solicitors bill to sell nothing and move nowhere. Overall very disappointing.
We are sorry to hear of this situation, although we can say the market was very different 5 months ago prior to the lockdown. We are seeing a very different property market across the region, including Teignmouth should you still be looking to sell. Thank you for taking the tiem to place a review and we wish you the best of luck if you haven't already managed to secure a successful sale.

GoogleAfter putting a full asking price offer in, we were left for a week with no proper feedback (we had to chase this), and after that no responses to my email asking whether we were being considered by the vender or not. That is extremely poor communication, which should be a basic skill for an estate agent. I rarelyeave reviews but given the state of the property market and how disappointed I am with this treatment, I am pleased we are not purchasing through Bradley's as our experience did not bode well for the future.
Thank you for providing a review Cathryn, and whilst not what we would like to hear, we can take this opportunity to investigate the issue and ensure our communication improved. Clearly, the housing market is moving at a frenetic pace, which does provide us with challenges, although we pride ourselves on our communication and so will look at this to improve moving forward. We wish you the best of luck with your offer and property search generally.

We do feature properties for sale, although due to the success of our team in Teignmouth, they have sold more than they have available properties, and therefore there are more 'sold' properties than would usually appear. We don't believe this has had a negative impact on our service to help you find, sell or let a property, and look forward to helping you.

GoogleFrom the get-go a professional but very friendly and flexible branch of estate agents. On my first viewing I was stuck in traffic and struggling to make the time slot. Typically estate agents cancel immediately and expect you to book another. I was unable to take another slot due to on-going travel needs, and Bradleys were superb. Agent waited for me and we kept in contact over mobile as I slowly made my way there. Property was superb, and from offer to key delivery I was surprised at the clarity of detail, the support in getting the transactions made, and all aspects of the viewings and sale. Bradleys in Teignmouth left me with an impression that they really do care about their customers, unlike so many agencies that take the easy road, and go the extra mile. At no point did I have any concerns that went un-addressed, and responses were typically same day or same hour. We had a consistent agent throughout, which further engendered trust. I have bought a few houses. This was by far the easiest and most professional transaction. Cannot recommend more highly. If you are buying or selling in the Teignmouth area I suggest you visit them.

Google"Ella Marshal took our house sale on in February 2020, after two other agents had failed to secure a buyer. A big task, however the enthusiasm that she and Lauren injected in to viewings communication all through COVID lockdown restrictions has been simply amazing. I have dealt with many agents over the years and These two ladies from Bradley’s have out performed any other estate agent I’ve worked with. They chased our 4 part chain remorselessly and always had a positive smiling take on the many neutral and negative responses they received. The end result, we have sold for the asking price in a very difficult market, we thank the superb efforts of Lauren and Ella particularly as we’d moved abroad for the last month of negotiations! Thank you both and we look forward to seeing you in 2021! Needless to say Bradley’s are in our opinion the best agents in the South West!"
