I saw a couple of houses advertised on Zoopla in the Callington/Liskeard area about 3/4 weeks ago so I sent an email via Zoopla. Was sent a reply email to full out an applications, which I did and had no replies. So after 3/4 days I try calling 3 times in a day and the phone just rings to an anwser phone. I then email through Zoopla and their website, no replies, now 2 weeks or so have passed and houses are still advertised. I sent viewing requests through the website and just get same automated email saying fill out a form, which I've done multiple times now. So last night I saw a live chat button on their website which I used, after some conversation I get asked for contact details and Someone called me back but said, sorry I work in sales you will need to call lettings in the morning. So this morning I call lettings, explain the situation and get told someone will call you back shortly, but did not ask for contact details, but I guess you must have them from all the application forms I've filled in. I have had no phone call, so I go back on the website and use the live chat, get told sorry for the delay, someone will call you very shortly. Still no phone call or replies to my emails or messages on Zoopla. If for some reason I don't meet your requirements then pleaae be professional enough to call or email and explain why I'm not meeting your requirements, or let me know what I need to change so I can. I feel I have wasted 3/4 weeks of my time trying to get an appointment to view a properties from you in which are in the ideal area for my needs. I can supply references from previous landlord who I've rented from for over 12 years now, I am ready to move, have no pets and a non smoker, I work full time, self employed and I earn over £4000 a month, I don't understand why your not replying to me or arranging a viewing of the houses I like, I can quite clearly afford the rent. I'm shocked and disappointed in the way I've been treated by your company. It is refreshing to know not all lettings agents treat people this way.NegativeProfessionalism

Bradleys St. Ives - and Ben and John in particular - effected the sale of our bungalow in Carbis Bay shortly before Christmas. The whole process, from start to finish, lasted barely three months. We chose Bradleys in the first place, because their “package” seemed to us to be head-and-shoulders above those of other agents - and we were not disappointed. Everything which we were told would happen, happened exactly as we were told. In particular, to have seven viewings in less than a week from the property going on the market, and then the very first people to view the house making an offer over the asking-price, and proceeding to completion, was over and above our expectation. And when, shortly before completion, there was a slight wobble on the part of the buyers, it was the professionalism and skill of these two men which kept the sale on track, and brought it to completion. In addition to all this, we very much liked both men - they were smart, professional, business-like, kind - and they showed particular kindness and understanding to my elderly mother, whose bungalow it was.
