GoogleI purchased a property through Bradley’s Estate Agents in St Thomas, and Katie and the whole team were amazing throughout the process. Katie kept me well informed and updated every step of the way. It was refreshing to deal with an estate agent who did exactly what they said they would do, chasing up calls and emails promptly and always coming back with an answer. Having used many estate agents over the years, I can honestly say that Katie and the team are by far the best I have dealt with. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication made the whole experience much smoother. Well done to Katie and the entire team, and thank you for all your help!

GoogleKate at Bradley's helped me sell my late brother's house in St Thomas. They suggested using the auction route as it was non standard construction and I found the whole process simple and easy. While I didn't achieve what I had hoped for the property that was down to the market and type of construction. Bradleys know their stuff, recommending the way to sell and advising on likely prices. Helped me negotiate the final price for the auction and were always friendly, polite and professional. I would recommend Bradley's to anyone selling a house in the area.

GoogleSent a email via rightmove on a rental property filled out the most detailed tenants form I've seen just to get a viewing heard nothing sent a email directly to the agents still nothing rang no answer with how quickly rental properties go in Exeter being completely ignored tells me everything i need to know

Dear Lewis, sorry to hear about your disappointment when expressing an interest in a property to rent. When completing the enquiry form, it does state at the end that if your details do not match the criteria of the property, you may not receive a call and to explore alternative properties. Whilst we know this isn't ideal, due to the vast number of enquiries for lettings properties, we cannot get to each enquiry. We are continuing to look at this and hope to continue to improve the process. We wish you every luck with your search.

GoogleI recently purchased a property in Coades Green through the callington branch. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff are very customer focused ,Sam and the team are extremely helpful and incredibly professional, nothing was too much trouble. The communication was clear and we were frequently updated at every stage. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at the Callington branch , who, incidentally when you telephone the branch and give your name every staff member knows straightaway the property address you are purchasing without having to be told , fantastic customer service by people who care. I would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleA big shout out to Sam and Jeannette, I cannot fault the professionalism of the team. Our purchase became quite drawn out even though a very small chain. Very responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Without their consistent involvement, the chain would have collapsed. A massive thank you to you all at Bradley’s Callington, fantastic team and we cannot recommend you highly enough!

GoogleWe have had absolutely superb service from Tess at Bradleys. From the start through to completion Tess has been responsive and professional and was an absolute godsend when at the last minute things started to unravel lower down the chain (nothing to do with Bradleys). In fact I don't think its an overstatement to say without Tess’s consistent involvement our chain may have collapsed. I couldn't recommend Bradleys highly enough and have already given their contact details to friends and family. Thank you Tess, you are an absolute gem x

GoogleAs a first time buyer I had no idea what to expect from an estate agent but Bradley’s exceeded my expectations. Right from the start the whole process felt like a breeze really. Lynne was wonderful , incredibly organised , the communication was fantastic and we were never left in the dark and I’d definitely use Bradley’s again to sell on one day. Lynne put us at ease and nothing was ever to much trouble for her with all our 100 questions! Great team and highly recommend

GoogleFirst class service from Bradleys. From start to finish we felt that this was a team effort with Robin dealing efficiently with the initial valuation and schedule/ Rightmove setting up, to Jo skillfully handling viewings followed by Davina's dogged chasing of the ever turbulent chain of buyers. They all coped very well with my frequent visits to the office to moan about the inevitable delays and the many pitfalls of the English property sales "process". However, we got there in the end. Bradleys are very highly recommended.

GoogleFrom start to finish, Bradleys Callington office were fantastic! We had been on the market with another agent prior to instructing Bradleys and were disappointed with their service, so changed to Bradleys as soon as our contract with them expired. Wow……I wish we had chosen Bradleys from day one, their service was exemplary and we accepted an offer within 2 weeks of instructing them. I must give a special mention to Niki, Kayleigh and Sam who really are a credit to Bradleys! From the initial valuation right through to exchange, they guided us through every step and their professionalism, efficiency and friendliness were very much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Callington office to anyone thinking of selling in the area, they really are a great team!
