GoogleHave very much felt like the only thing these agents cared about was their commission in all our dealings with them. They push to close a deal but are not interested in their customer service. They have consistently said one thing and then done completely another. Have withdrawn our property now and would never use them again to sell. It is these type of agents that give others a bad name. Update**following writing this the manager called to apologise and acknowledged the issues we have experienced. Think its only fair to add this

GoogleFriendly team, very helpful, always available, understood our requirements and went above and beyond our expectations. The Bradley’s team helped us find our ideal property for a good deal in the saturated St. Ives market where there are plenty of buyers to pick and choose from. Great experience from start to finish and even after our purchase they helped us iron out a couple of issues.

GoogleI purchased my apartment through Bradleys St Ives Office in 2021 and found Ben and the St Ives team very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Impressed by their professionalism, I appointed Bradleys as the letting agent, knowing that everything would be covered to ensure both myself and my tenants would be looked after. Ben and the team have continued to be helpful and approachable and as I live up North it has given me great peace of mind knowing that my buy to let is in good hands.
