GoogleWe bought with Bradley’s, but didn’t sell with them, but we might as well have because they did most of the work of the whole chain as far as I could tell. Cathy, who I understand used to work in conveyancing, is very efficient and knowledgeable, and kept the whole thing moving through some extremely challenging conditions. We aren’t often able to say this of an estate agent, but we were very grateful for all their hard work! Would definitely sell with them next time.

GoogleSelling my house with the Bradley’s team was the best choice when deciding which estate agent. Meeting Robin was reassuring as he swiftly put the house on the market, and ensured the details were correct. Soon after his visit people were regularly viewing the house. After a few weeks the person who bought the property offered and agreed a price. During this process I met the formidable and amazing Cathy. Her wise counsel ensured I was ready to exchange. Unfortunately a person further down the chain did not receive the support that Cathy and her team gave myself and my buyer. We then experienced delays. Despite the delays, created by the limited support for the person earlier in the chain, Cathy was on the case moving the purchase/sale forward. She was incredible and I am forever grateful to her. After some gentle encouragement from Cathy I eventually moved into my lovely new home. My experience supports my recommendation - I cannot recommend Cathy, Robin, Felix and the rest of the team enough.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Bradleys having bought it through them 24 years ago. On both occasions their service was absolutely excellent! Our recent sales experience with them could not have been better managed. Christian, who came to value our house and talk us through the marketing process was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and open about all aspects of the process. When it came to accepting an offer his advice, and that of the rest of the team, was both realistic and well thought through; making sure that our buyers were the right ones to go with. Cathy then helped us with the process going forward and was always full of expert advice given in an extremely professional and helpful way. We could not recommend the Exeter Bradleys Team more highly and would definitely use them again!

GoogleBooked a viewing on a property advertised as “offers over” and were called on the day of the viewing to be told they’d sold it so were cancelling the viewing. Given that we were in a chain free position with mortgage agreed in principle, I fail to see how they could possibly know that we were not prepared to offer a better price for the property, instead preferring to cancel the viewing and take the first offer they received and never find out what they could have achieved for their vendor with a bit more care and attention. Very short sighted and definitely not in the best interests of their vendor. Amateur agents at best and one to avoid if you’re looking to sell your home for the best possible price with the best service.
Dear Mr Walker, while we appreciate the time taken to provide feedback on your experience, in this case, we were following our client's instructions knowing they had already secured above the advertised price. This was explained to you and ultimately, we explained this to our vendor, however their instructions are paramount so we informed all interested parties the offer had now been accepted with no further viewings to take place. GoogleRecently sold our house through Bradley’s and was extremely impressed. We had lots of viewings and the team were always very professional. Once we had agreed an offer on our house they stayed in communication with us, keeping us up to date with the sale process. We would 100% use Bradley’s again and have recommended them to our friends and family.

GoogleWe recently purchased an apartment in Newquay which was being marketed by Bradleys local team, conveniently based locally in the centre of town. We received regular updates as well as ongoing advice and support, not only regarding with our purchase but also finding local traders, solicitors and surveyors. A very friendly bunch always happy to take a call and help resolve any queries we had. Very happy to recommend and would be happy to work with them again.

GoogleEmilie at Bradley’s Newquay is a credit to the company. She showed us around the retirement apartment we are now buying. She went out of her way to agree a time that suited us. She arrived on time and is extremely knowledgeable about the property and where it is located. She has excellent communication skills and gave us plenty of time to look around and answer our questions. We felt relaxed which is important when viewing. We put our house on the market as we loved the apartment Emilie showed us. She kept in contact with us every few weeks to see how our house sale is going and we appreciated Emilie keeping in touch. You can rely on her to reply quickly to emails and phone calls. So to sum up, an excellent service throughout. Thank you ‘

GoogleStood outside the property waiting for an estate agent to turn up for a viewing for over half an hour like a pair of lemons. Had to contact two numbers, one of which said they would call me back and they never did, then phoned again only to be told an offer had been made the previous day and our viewing had been cancelled. Thanks for not telling us it had been cancelled. Needless to say time wasted, and very irritated with the lack of communication from apparently an award winning estate agents. EDIT IN REPLY TO BRADLEY'S: Calls were made? Funny there were no missed calls on my phone. And no emails to even alert me. My phone is always on me so I would have answered. I even went back to the date and looked at my call log, nope nothing from Bradleys. Must have called the wrong number.

Having looked into the matter we can see calls were made before the viewing with a message left to inform you the client had decided to accept an offer and didn't want any further viewings to go ahead. It is regrettable;e that this happened, although cannot account for messages not being received. We shall look at utilising text messages in the future to reduce this happening again in the future.
