I'm not sure there's much real difference between agents when it comes to marketing a property, but Simon was certainly helpful and quick off the mark and our house was sold in 2-3 days. Things then seemed to go into limbo for many weeks while the solicitors did their stuff, and we became quite concerned over the lack of information coming down the chain. We were helped at that point by Brian and particularly Gill, who managed to find out what was going on and help get the deal over the line. That gets Bonners the fifth star!

I chose Bonners and Babington because I like to use local independent businesses and I had seen a lot of their boards around the area so knew they were established in the area. Simon initially valued the property and he clearly knew his market. I was impressed by the energy and drive which other agents sometimes lack. The viewings were well organised and put together where possible and a big shout out to Riley Bonner who was superb in listening to the detail I gave her about my house that I hoped would sell it (and it did) and then in relaying that to viewers. She sold my house at full asking price within a few weeks! She was a real pleasure to deal with, polite, focussed and also had the energy and drive to do the best she could for me.
