GoogleThey promise the earth & deliver the bare minimum until prompted, they're slow and laughably unprofessional. We asked to be removed from an 'exclusive seller' contract due to their general incompetence, and they didn't even bother to argue...they knew they were at fault. Zero marks for effort & service. Save your sanity, and look elsewhere...any other agent (or small child) could do a better job...

GoogleI personally dislike this Estate Agent. As a current customer they do not have the courtesy to reply back to an email I sent requesting to be added back onto their email systm notifying who and when people are entering my late mum's house. They removed me from receiving emails without an explanation. My sister is dealing with this Estate Agent and as I'm one of the Executor's all I asked was to be notified when we have any house viewings. However this Estate Agent denied me the 'right' to know when people were entering our house. I find them rude and unhelpful. Plus they were informed that we did NOT want a 'For Sale' sign only to turn up at the house one day to find a 'For Sale' board outside our house. This was unprofessional of them and upsetting. I personally would prefer to try another Estate Agent. No top rating from me. 1 star is too high.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleRobbie Hearn found a really great property for me to rent that I am so happy with! He was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the area too and was able to answer all my questions about the area and surrounding places, this was great as I am coming from London and don’t know the area at all. I felt very well looked after by Robbie and felt that he cared I would be living somewhere that matched what I was looking for and therefore be happy and enjoy living in my new home for now! Robbie is a nice guy, kind and friendly. Thank you Robbie! I also dealt with Chloe at times, she too was always very helpful and professional. Thank you both!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleRobbie Hearn from Bonners & Babbington was incredibly helpful in supporting us to find a rental property in Marlow. He really listened to our needs, and offered us advice on the best way forward with our rental, proactively liaising with our Landlord to pull everything together. His colleague Sharon Davey was also great with our viewings. We could not recommend Robbie and Sharon enough!
