This is a rental review but the TEAM spirit is strong, so the sales staff help me too! Robbie Hearn heads the rental team and he is ahead of the curve at all times and is solution oriented. My tax consultant was amazed the other day that Robbie was organising my non resident tax status (NRL1), she said so many agents don’t even bother. This is the first time I have rented my property out so I needed a lot of guidance/advice and I got it. Michelle guides me with invoices & bills & explaining choices of contractors. Robbie and the accountant have catered to every administration need I have had. Lauren is a very proactive lady who cares for my concerns re the house, monitors and checks and helps the tenant and is the bridge between the tenant and myself. She is gracious and it is important that the tenant feels represented and appreciated too. Then I’d like to thank Jake very much for his experience and advice which was SPOT ON! I was distressed when one tenant gave notice & Jake calmly guided me through when would be a good time (ie not at Christmas) to re advertise the home. He assured me that renting the home again would not be a problem. I listened to him and will always do so - the date he chose to list the property was perfect and Jake showed four prospective tenants almost immediately, two of whom were interested and within a week it was sorted! It all went exactly as Jake said it would. Thank you all so much, Sarah.

I'm not sure there's much real difference between agents when it comes to marketing a property, but Simon was certainly helpful and quick off the mark and our house was sold in 2-3 days. Things then seemed to go into limbo for many weeks while the solicitors did their stuff, and we became quite concerned over the lack of information coming down the chain. We were helped at that point by Brian and particularly Gill, who managed to find out what was going on and help get the deal over the line. That gets Bonners the fifth star!
