Many thanks to the team at Marlow were efficient, polite and friendly. They marketed our house beautifully and show rounds were conducted well. We tried an different agent before Bonners & I had to chase for feedback. Not so with Bonners, they immediately offered a detailed summary of the visit. We have had a very positive experience with Bonners & Babingtons. We had used a number of different agents in the past, and by far the most professional service we received was from Bonners & Babingtons Marlow. Clare was amazing with her prompt responses, and always happy to help with any questions, requests etc. When it comes to renting a property, I would highly recommend using Bonners & Babingtons, as they understand the importance moving into a new home, and they did not make us feel as if they were doing us a favour, unlike other estate agents in the past. If you have the option to choose your agent, and would like a highly professional service with a personal touch, go for them!

"Nearly one year ago I rented the place I first viewed, but perhaps this is not extremely relevant - although I am well aware that I am what you call an 'emotional' shopper. Clare the agent happened to be exactly the kind of person I have always needed in all my life's ventures: intuitive, warm, authentic - and at the same time extremely attentive to detail and able to give pertinent advice - to my mind, a true professional. The whole process went very smoothly, step by step, and we have not had any issues with the landlady - they liaised promptly and efficiently on every matter. I am very happy with the place I live in and, in fact, I have just renewed my contract. Clare is a reliable representative of Bonners & Babingtons, I strongly recommend both." I would like to add something. It is said that you best know somebody by the way they treat you when you say goodbye rather than when you say hello. Well, due to personal reasons, I had to ask for an early termination of contract just a few months after my renewal. The B&B team (I have worked directly with Clare, Romilly and Ali) were again very prompt, have performed above and beyond their line of duty; not only have they assisted me through every step of a quite delicate contractual situation. but they were very understanding and supportive of me, humanly speaking. Just completed on a house as a buyer from Bonners. They could not have been more helpful throughout, especially Will. From getting my initial offer negotiated quickly and openly (no ‘sales’ push) to liaising with our vendor, they were very easy to work with. We bought our house in Marlow through Bonners and Babingtons and here are my thoughts. The brochure for the house sale was well done and to a high quality. I felt that it accurately described the house and surrounding area. It was easy to arrange viewings and during these, the estate agent gave us plenty of space and time to look around and think. He was able to answer most of the questions we had and for those he couldn’t, he quickly provided follow-up answers. The staff were always professional. When the estate agent dealing with our purchase wasn’t available, there was always somebody else who could quickly respond to any queries that we had. We always had a good understanding regarding the status of the purchase. There was an appropriate amount of written communication during the purchase and these letters were always professionally done and accurate. My only negative criticism was that towards the end of the process, the estate agent was a little pushy in order to try and speed things up. This is probably no bad thing if you were selling, but as a buyer it wasn’t welcomed during a time of stress. It is for this reason I give B&B 4 stars and not 5.
