GoogleVery unprofessional. I phoned them twice for property i was interested to rent,every time the answer was "there is no let agent at the moment,someone will call you back". I have never received a phone call. Then i used the arrange viewing option in their website.No call or text back from them either. Two days later,Let Agreed.

GoogleThey promise the earth & deliver the bare minimum until prompted, they're slow and laughably unprofessional. We asked to be removed from an 'exclusive seller' contract due to their general incompetence, and they didn't even bother to argue...they knew they were at fault. Zero marks for effort & service. Save your sanity, and look elsewhere...any other agent (or small child) could do a better job...

GoogleCould not be happier with the service we received from Romilly and Clare at Bonners & Babbingtons Marlow whilst renting out our property. Despite renters falling through due to no fault of theirs, they remained positive and tenacious in their approach, whilst ensuring we had the best possible renters for the property. We then had a week to complete all the paperwork which Romilly did with amazing efficiency! Highly recommended and will certainly use them again

They had everything ready within 5 days and our tenant moved in on the 6th day. So a big thank you to all concerned. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bonners and Babingtons!!

GoogleI had a great experience with the lettings service at Bonners & Babingtons Marlow. Clare showed me round the property which I loved overlooking the river. Clare was great, she helped me negotiate, get some answers about a mooring and ensured my transition was easy and hassle free. I couldn't recommend Bonners and Babingtons enough, they have been excellent.
