GoogleI used the tenancy service at Bonners and Babingtons and found it a thoroughly professional and personal service. They promoted the property, quickly found me an excellent tenant, carried out all the necessary checks, drew up the contract and took care of every detail along the way. Their charges were fair and competitive and I was completely satisfied with all their hard work. I have used them three times now and been completely satisfied each time.

GoogleAs a new tenant renting through B&B, (and one who has had their fair share of rented properties and thus number of estate agents), I cannot stress how fantastic the service has been from start to finish. Romilly & Clare have been very efficient and effective with their communication throughout the process, always on hand to help, quick response via email and always in a friendly yet professional manner. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe used Bonners and Babingtons in Marlow to help us secure a rental whilst we were based in a different country and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. All of the staff that we dealt with were lovely and professional. Since we have taken occupation of our rental we have had no problems at all and they have always assisted us with questions. I would highly recommend using them.

GoogleWe had absolutely superb service from B&B - the best of any estate agent I've used. They took the time to listen to what we wanted, and to our buyer's needs, so that we sold fast to the right person. When there were problems further down the chain threatening to slow things down, B&B worked incredibly hard to get things moving again. Excellent - I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

GoogleWe received excellent service from Bonners & Babbingtons and are very happy with the property we are currently renting. The staff were very knowledgeable about the properties, communicated with us well and were even able to squeeze us in for a second viewing very last minute. They were also very helpful with giving us advice about the local area.
