GoogleI personally dislike this Estate Agent. As a current customer they do not have the courtesy to reply back to an email I sent requesting to be added back onto their email systm notifying who and when people are entering my late mum's house. They removed me from receiving emails without an explanation. My sister is dealing with this Estate Agent and as I'm one of the Executor's all I asked was to be notified when we have any house viewings. However this Estate Agent denied me the 'right' to know when people were entering our house. I find them rude and unhelpful. Plus they were informed that we did NOT want a 'For Sale' sign only to turn up at the house one day to find a 'For Sale' board outside our house. This was unprofessional of them and upsetting. I personally would prefer to try another Estate Agent. No top rating from me. 1 star is too high.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I’m very pleased with their help of getting my rent property for the first time. I definitely strongly recommend that agency as at the end you are looking for someone who won’t be only nicely dressed but have a good ear and always try the best to please tenant and landlord. GoogleWe had an appraisal carried out by Brian of the Marlow branch, back in August 2020 (during a particularly uncertain time with the covid pandemic). We were pleasantly surprised by the professional, yet grounded service which Brian carried out. We felt like we could trust him from the get go. It was also an added bonus that the suggested value placed on our property, compared with other agent's estimates was higher. Hindsight suggests that this is the result of an experienced agent knowing his stuff. A matter of weeks later, with the help of Gill conducting viewings, we had agreed a sale on our property. I believe Gill played a key role in this, due to her depth of knowledge and great communication skills. I cannot express how wonderful the Bonners and Babintons team have been throughout the entire process, from marketing to the completion of our property. They strike a balance of knowing when to contact a client, without pressurising or pestering. They also act promptly to instruction when required, without hesitation, pleasing both buyer and seller in the process. Their communication and genuine care for their clients are standout features. They know their market and I would highly recommend their services to anybody considering moving home.

GoogleI was very pleased with how quickly we received an offer when marketing with Bonners & Babington. Their valuation was also very accurate. The additional support received when first marketing the property was excellent and I found this definitely helped get a quick sale. The photography was light and made our property look at its best. During holdiay periods when staff were away there could have been more contact however overall we were happy with the service. Fingers crossed our exchnage happens in a few days!

They were very efficient, professional and were very swift in advertising my flat. They new all aspects of the market and advised me clearly on how things worked. They vetted all candidates and advised me accordingly and they were spot on. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bonners and Babingtons for property rental they are an excellent company.

Robbie and Chloe both have extensive knowledge of the local market and are always available to answer questions or offer advice. GoogleI used the tenancy service at Bonners and Babingtons and found it a thoroughly professional and personal service. They promoted the property, quickly found me an excellent tenant, carried out all the necessary checks, drew up the contract and took care of every detail along the way. Their charges were fair and competitive and I was completely satisfied with all their hard work. I have used them three times now and been completely satisfied each time.
