We purchased a house that was listed with B&B. I honestly couldn't be happier with the customer service and professionalism recieved. Beth was an angel throughout the process even though it wasn't smooth sailing due to various hiccups. Beth was easily contactable and responsive. I was never left waiting for an update or left in the dark as such. If you are thinking of selling your property I can vouch that you will be in good hands with B&B. Thank you for the goody bag on the day of key collection. It was very much appreciated.

Our experience has been impressive.....from the initial valuation appointment with Dale, and the photos and preparation of the property details by Beth. We had notification of every viewing and updates immediately afterwards. We were confident that our property was being marketed to its full potential by people who genuinely care. Dale or Beth were always available to talk through any questions, emails always responded to.....very refreshing. Most definitely a 5 star service that we would highly recommend. Thank you both.

We have just bought our first house and we both found our real estate agent (Beth) extremely helpful and approachable. We were a little apprehensive about talking to a real estate agent as we are first time buyers but she made us feel very comfortable and not pressured at all. Very happy sellers! Dale provided excellent service and expertise at valuation. We went on the market at a difficult time in 2025. Speculation and uncertainty around the budget made for a difficult few months with no viewings. But, the week of the budget we had our first viewing with Beth and they offered the same day. We had a problematic chain, but both Beth and Dale both kept us up to date with progress and although it took a while, we have just successfully completed. The newest member of the team, Ben, communicated efficiently at exchange and completion and I'm sure will be a valuable member of the Bonners and Babingtons team.

Patronising customer service - avoid!

Inquired about a house, instantly met with the stereotype used car sales / mobile phone sales attitude estate agents have a reputation for, not lacking here that is for sure. From the off, the attitude was one of patronising, thumbing the nose and putting (the customer!) in their place. The arrogance was off the scale, how on earth the owners of the business feel this is the approach to build relationships with purchasers or a way to run a business I don’t know. Agent was not helpful in the least, not able to answer questions and had a general can’t be bothered with you attitude. It was as if they got a kick out of being this way… Will be avoiding Bonners like the plague and suggest anyone else does the same.

These guys have been absolutely brilliant! Right from the start when Jack came round to view our flat and put the property on the market, through to our exchange & completion that is happening this week! Beth has also been fantastic, we were lucky to have both on them working on our sale. My partner and I met with a few local agents to help us with the sale of our house, and we are so pleased that we went with Bonners & Babingtons in Stokenchurch. Jack was brilliant, and for the few occasions he wasn't in to answer our call the team stepped in and supported positively. We opted to use their recommended photographer and were really pleased with the photos that were produced for our house. The actual house sale was a really positive experience. Lots of viewings were organised and we had a few offers on the table within a week - of which we accepted one at full asking price. We had an onward purchase that unfortunately fell through just prior to exchange day (we decided to go ahead with our sale and move into rented), but in the lead up to getting that sorted Jack was incredible and diligent. He kept us regularly updated, chased people throughout the chain regularly to keep things going, and was very patient with my regular calling to see what was happening in what is one of the most stressful situations you go through!
