GoogleBrought a house where Bonners & Babingtons were the estate agent, having also had them shown us around a number of other houses prior to finding the perfect one for us. Gill and Brian were always friendly, professional and super responsive, if we come to sell in the future we certainly would look to use them :)

GoogleGill and Brian at Bonners defy the stereotype of estate agents. Yes, they are professional and efficient. But they also have a wealth of experience, are always enviably composed and, most importantly, treat their clients as human beings. Robbie and Chloe both have extensive knowledge of the local market and are always available to answer questions or offer advice. They managed to find us tenants before the property went to market, and achieved asking price. Excellent communication throughout, professional and with a personal touch. Highly recommended.

Our house move took place at a most difficult time due to the race to beat the Stamp Duty holiday and the B & B team pulled out all the stops to see things through. GoogleWe sold our house through Bonners & Babbington. Having recently completed the sale, I cannot praise them highly enough. They delivered on expectations set when first taking on our house and worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went through. If it wasn’t for Jack going above and beyond on numerous occasions, I do not think we would have sold the house in the timeframe we did. I would recommend Bonners & Babbington to anybody wanting to sell their house.

Without Dale’s consistent efforts and numerous phone calls, I doubt that with the long delay plus the uncertainty over the way the market was heading - due to being ordered inside in March - that the chain would have held together. GoogleWe have dealt with numerous estate agents over time but have never dealt with a team who, as a whole, are as professional, knowledgable and friendly. Dale upon our first meeting was honest in regard to the market situation and was realistic in valuation. Jacks photographs were great and showed the property in a very good light, without photo shop, and Millie was extremely friendly and helpful, as was Jack, when they conducted viewings. A number of potential buyers doing viewings spoke of the friendliness of the team at Bonners and Babbington which was good for us to hear. I would say that, as the process of sale was drawing to a close, Jack went more than the extra mile and Dale stepped in to ensure things progressed as smoothly as possible when required.
