GoogleBrian and the team at Bonners & Babingtons have been very helpful in assisting us in selling a property recently. They have always been friendly, efficient and accommodating to an array of requests throughout the sale but we have finally completed and can all celebrate. Would highly recommend. GoogleThroughout the sale of my late father's property the agents couldn't be more helpful. Dale even emailed me on Sunday evening to keep me updated. So highly recommended. Nothing was too much trouble. THANK YOU 😊PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleB&B have been fantastic for us all the way through the process of working with them. They always display a very strong knowledge of the local area in Buckinghamshire. Everyone we have spoken to in the branch is professional, responsive and very helpful. It's been great working with them - thank you

GoogleA massive thank you to Simon Bonner and his team for providing a very professional service from start to finish. Valuation was spot on, photos were excellent, great communication and the whole team were a pleasure to deal with. Simon honestly couldn’t have done any more. Undoubtedly “the best” in Princes Risborough. Highly recommended.

GoogleThank you to Jack for his professionalism, honesty and sheer resilience in managing a tricky sale and purchase. He was always available and went beyond what was expected to get the deal done. After not having the best experience of estate agents previously, this was a breath of fresh air. Ask for Jack!PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleI have recently purchased a property though Bonners and Babingtons. The process was easy throughout and the team were always available to answer questions. We were assisted by Ella and Jack who went out of their way to help us and did what they could to keep the purchase moving.

GoogleA huge thanks to Simon Bonner and his team for doing such an excellent job at selling our property and managing the conveyancing process. From a good valuation to handling the endless communications during the conveyancing process, their approach was always professional and responsive. They are very knowledgeable about the local area and market (a big plus for us is that many in the team actually live in the area) and were able to sell our property in no time. We had a few unexpected delays and uncertainties in the run up to the exchange of contracts and Simon went out of his way to keep us informed and manage anxieties on all sides. It wasn't always plain sail but they made the whole process as smooth as it can be. These guys are one of a kind and we highly recommend them as probably the best estate agents in the area.

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts this week & are now so looking forward to our completion next week & moving in to our new home in Princes Risborough. Although B&B were the selling agent for our vendor, they kept us the buyers fully updated & involved with the whole sales & purchase process & helping us through the exchange period. Certainly, we would have no reservations in recommending Bonnor & Babingtons to any prospective seller to handle their house sale & to see them over the purchassing line. We would like to thanks Simon & his very professional & deadicated team for helping us throughout our purchase period. Their communication & commitment was evident to see & to experience throughout the proces. Many thanks again. Kind Regards Tony & Patricia Duggan.

Dear Tony, we are not sure who you are as we have not had any dealings with you. Also you have not written any comments regarding your review which we find unusual. Perhaps your account has been 'hacked' as all our google reviews are 5 star with very positive comments. Simon Bonner

Dear Mr Paul, I am somewhat disappointed you have felt the need to post a poor review as the majority of our 'customer reviews' are excellent with many 5 star ratings across all of our offices. We can see by other negative reviews you have posted recently, it would appear you have an issue with young people. I assure you, all our staff follow a robust training programme, are very competent and will go above and beyond to help our customers. I am sorry the property you made a low offer on has now been sold but I am sure you understand, we must act in our 'sellers' best interest in the sale of their home. Regards Simon Bonner
