GoogleAs a new tenant renting through B&B, (and one who has had their fair share of rented properties and thus number of estate agents), I cannot stress how fantastic the service has been from start to finish. Romilly & Clare have been very efficient and effective with their communication throughout the process, always on hand to help, quick response via email and always in a friendly yet professional manner. Highly recommended!

GoogleI was very pleased with how quickly we received an offer when marketing with Bonners & Babington. Their valuation was also very accurate. The additional support received when first marketing the property was excellent and I found this definitely helped get a quick sale. The photography was light and made our property look at its best. During holdiay periods when staff were away there could have been more contact however overall we were happy with the service. Fingers crossed our exchnage happens in a few days!

GoogleWe had absolutely superb service from B&B - the best of any estate agent I've used. They took the time to listen to what we wanted, and to our buyer's needs, so that we sold fast to the right person. When there were problems further down the chain threatening to slow things down, B&B worked incredibly hard to get things moving again. Excellent - I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

GoogleWe received excellent service from Bonners & Babbingtons and are very happy with the property we are currently renting. The staff were very knowledgeable about the properties, communicated with us well and were even able to squeeze us in for a second viewing very last minute. They were also very helpful with giving us advice about the local area.

GoogleMany thanks to the team at Marlow were efficient, polite and friendly. They marketed our house beautifully and show rounds were conducted well. We tried an different agent before Bonners & I had to chase for feedback. Not so with Bonners, they immediately offered a detailed summary of the visit. Additionally they notified previous viewers when the property price was adjusted. I strongly recommend this agent. All staff worked together smoothly, communicating efficiently, resulting in an excellent team. Wanda & Nick McKie-Smith.

GoogleWe used Bonners and Babingtons in Marlow to help us secure a rental whilst we were based in a different country and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. All of the staff that we dealt with were lovely and professional. Since we have taken occupation of our rental we have had no problems at all and they have always assisted us with questions. I would highly recommend using them.

GoogleWe have had a very positive experience with Bonners & Babingtons. We had used a number of different agents in the past, and by far the most professional service we received was from Bonners & Babingtons Marlow. Clare was amazing with her prompt responses, and always happy to help with any questions, requests etc. When it comes to renting a property, I would highly recommend using Bonners & Babingtons, as they understand the importance moving into a new home, and they did not make us feel as if they were doing us a favour, unlike other estate agents in the past. If you have the option to choose your agent, and would like a highly professional service with a personal touch, go for them!

GoogleRecently brought a home through Ella who was always helpful, always available and always supportive. Really couldn't ask for more from an agent, she was superb.

GoogleBonners and Babbington have been nothing short of exemplary in their service. Every member of staff we have interacted with has been extremely personable, proactive and persistent both on the sale of our house and, more recently, the securement of an offer acceptance on a new property. We can not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleThank you to Jack, Ella, Simon and the rest of the team. The solicitors on both sides were very slow and uncommunicatative and the team at B&B kept our purchase moving and probably would of fallen through without them. During staff holiday, Simon (Director) helped to drive our purchase forward and to cross the line which was really appreciated . Thanks all!

GoogleAlthough moving home is inevitably stressful, Ella, Simon and Jack at Bonners and Babington Princes Risborough ensured the stress was minimised. From the first friendly yet professional meeting they were honest, open and candid about the process, asking price and offers. Pro-active throughout our sale and purchase they ensured a steady stream of viewers for our property, and after only a short time we had an offer that we could accept. During the final apsects of the exchange and completion they ensured we were kept appraised of the positions of all in the chain so there were no surprises along the way. Competively priced, extremely competentent and helpful throughout, we’d happily recommend their service to our friends.

GoogleVery pleased with service. Selling my late Mother’s property and as I didn’t live locally Bonners always notified us of viewing appointments and always followed up with the outcome of the viewing. Simon, Ella and Jack friendly, polite and helpful and gave good advice.

GoogleHuge thank you to Jack and the rest of the team. The team were very helpful, attentive and polite. Jack ensured the process of me buying a property went smoothly, which made moving a lot less stressful. If you have a choice, I highly recommend going through this estate agent.

GoogleThank you Ella, Jack, Simon and the team for working with us so effectively to help us sell our father's home. The communication both prior to and following viewings was speedy and clear and being done via email meant all of us were updated quickly and easily. Your knowledge of the local area resulted in a good understanding of market value and we were impressed with how quickly you found not only one but two interested parties within a few weeks of the house going on the market. This is impressive as the current market is a real challenge. Wish we hadn't wasted 4 months with the first agent who we only went with because they are "global and a household name". I highly recommend B and B in Princes Risborough.

GoogleWe have recently both brought and sold a property through Bonners and Babingtons and have been delighted with their professional and personal service. They spoke to us after every viewing giving us honest feed back. Both Ella and Jack were great at keeping in touch and they always responded whenever we needed advise. We would certainly recommend their wonderful service.
