We have no hesitation in now putting our former home on the market with them and they have already produced a first class brochure and on line posting with good layout, descriptions and photo's.

GoogleJust completed on a house as a buyer from Bonners. They could not have been more helpful throughout, especially Will. From getting my initial offer negotiated quickly and openly (no ‘sales’ push) to liaising with our vendor, they were very easy to work with. They had clearly learnt the history of the property, able to answer questions well and responding to emails and calls very promptly. I felt full trust in their behaviour throughout and am very happy to recommend them.

I can honestly say without a doubt that Rachel is THE best estate agent I have ever dealt with. So on top of things and was the most knowledgeable and proactive (more so than I thought possible) the conductor of the entire sale and purchase ensuring everything went according to plan. Thank you thank you thank you. Would highly highly recommend.

GoogleRachel at B&B was the only one who kept us informed about our move and pushed everyone along to make completion go smoothly. She was bubbly and helpful when things were stressful. As our last move was 34 years ago, things seemed very daunting, but she reassured us at all times.

GoogleFrom the minute my daughter and I attended Bonners and Babingtons estate agents I was very impressed. Other agents in the area had been a bit snooty and one had lied about the collapse of my attempted purchase. So it was very refreshing to deal with Ella at Bonners, she was polite, interested and professional. Dealing with even the smallest enquiry as though it was as important to her as it was to us. Thanks to Ella my family has now moved into a wonderful home. I don't plan on moving but if the need ever arose again I will only deal with Bonners.

GoogleI have been in touch with Bonnets & Babingtons (B&B) requesting a view in one of the property that they were shown for rent. I have been exepionally well assisted by a young lady called Romilly which was very nice, precise, competent and polite. My family and I were very impressed with the B&B team support, assistance and enthusiasm. After a long serch, We end up renting the property that was shown by Romilly of B&B. We would like to say a big thank you to Romilly and all B&B Team and also express our best wishes of success to all B&B stakeholders.

Clare was superb in handling all my requests and dealing with Letting Agents. Could not have been more helpful. Great people in rentals and purchases of property. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe bought our house in Marlow through Bonners and Babingtons and here are my thoughts. The brochure for the house sale was well done and to a high quality. I felt that it accurately described the house and surrounding area. It was easy to arrange viewings and during these, the estate agent gave us plenty of space and time to look around and think. He was able to answer most of the questions we had and for those he couldn’t, he quickly provided follow-up answers. The staff were always professional. When the estate agent dealing with our purchase wasn’t available, there was always somebody else who could quickly respond to any queries that we had. We always had a good understanding regarding the status of the purchase. There was an appropriate amount of written communication during the purchase and these letters were always professionally done and accurate. My only negative criticism was that towards the end of the process, the estate agent was a little pushy in order to try and speed things up. This is probably no bad thing if you were selling, but as a buyer it wasn’t welcomed during a time of stress. It is for this reason I give B&B 4 stars and not 5.

GoogleI have been renting my flat through Bonners and Babingtons and I can’t speak highly enough about them. Ali, Clare and Romilly completely understood the market. They were very efficient, professional and were very swift in advertising my flat. They new all aspects of the market and advised me clearly on how things worked. They vetted all candidates and advised me accordingly and they were spot on. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bonners and Babingtons for property rental they are an excellent company.

GoogleI used the tenancy service at Bonners and Babingtons and found it a thoroughly professional and personal service. They promoted the property, quickly found me an excellent tenant, carried out all the necessary checks, drew up the contract and took care of every detail along the way. Their charges were fair and competitive and I was completely satisfied with all their hard work. I have used them three times now and been completely satisfied each time.
