GoogleBeth at Bonners and Babingtons has been fabulous. When the sale of a house that I'd been interested in fell through, she had my details on file and got in touch. We've just exchanged contracts and will complete tomorrow, I'm so grateful for her help, she really helped to smooth the process and was really proactive, regularly liaising between myself, the seller and both sets of solicitors. I'd definitely recommend Bonners and Babingtons.

GoogleBuying/selling a house is certainly never a “smooth sailing” process however, with Bonners & Babingtons it really can be smooth sailing! With thanks to Ian and team for excellent communication, accommodation of requests and a highly professional service. I loved that he would always give me immediate feedback after viewings and kept me informed of any developments where I’d had to chase previous agents. From Riley showing us around (and one other Lady on the Saturdays - so lovely but cannot remember her name!!) to Jack dealing back and forth with our enquiries and Simon helping to get this over the line. I also dealt with Chloe from the Marlow branch too and again I cannot fault the service I received from them both. Always very helpful, friendly and willing to take the time to go over things with you and answer any questions you have!

GoogleIf Carlsberg made estate agents…… Riley Bonner at Bonners and Babingtons (Princes Risborough) performed exceptionally well during our recent house sale & onward purchase. She was not only very efficient but she undertook additional actions to help the conveyancing phase of the process and keep momentum, often going above and beyond. Riley was easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her company if you are looking to move home.

GoogleI know estate agents get a bad reputation but the guys at B&B are totally different. They really care about their customers and are worth all 5 stars and more ! Even after purchasing a house from them they are still helping out with the stuff after the sale and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend. Thanks Riley , Jack and Dale for everything :)
