I would like to thank all the staff at Holsworthy Bond Oxborough Phillips for the excellent service they provided us during our relocation from Yorkshire to Devon. They worked very hard to find and secure us a suitable rental property within a very short space of time. The service provided was highly professional and extremely efficient. This agent had far and away the best selection of properties in Cornwall in our price range.. The branch manager himself took the trouble to show us the property a second time three weeks after our first viewing. They kept us well informed throughout the time we spent having a survey done, negotiating the sale and overcoming a number of problems that arose while the seller went away, and most importantly of all took the trouble to stand in and lean on her solicitor. As a result exchange and completion followed a tight schedule that our move required.. The Wadebridge office staff worked throughout as an integrated team of professionals. Thank you, we are so pleased to now be living in this lovely part of Cornwall

From the initial registration and advisory interview and viewing with the Partner Neil Phillips, the service was excellent at each stage. All the viewings were done by the agent; the staff who conducted the viewings were smart, attentive and polite. I was given at least 24 hours notice before every viewing. They used honest, thoughtful strategies to ensure that the property received the maximum number of viewings in the first month. As the vendor, I was given detailed feedback on every viewing; the agent left text and voicemail messages to keep me up to date and to ensure that we had direct contact after each viewing. The property was given a high profile advertisement online and in the local press. It appeared in the large window of the agent's town centre premises. Throughout the negotiating process, the procedure was handled by by an experienced and wise sales negotiator, who was professional in every aspect of her work, guiding me through the process, liaising with solicitors and keeping me informed of progress. In the final days leading to completion, her direct approach was invaluable in facilitating a successful sale.. I am a pro-active vendor who likes to be involved at every stage in the sale process and the team at Bond Oxborough Phillips were patient, courteous and encouraging. I have no hesitation in recommending them and have placed another property for sale in their capable hands; this will be the sixth time they have acted on my behalf as a buyer and vendor, the first purchase was in 1999.

The service we received was excellent from the start. They advised us well on price and prepared the sales details in readiness.. When the decorating of the house was finished, they were ready to put it on the market within 24 hours of our instruction. Luckily our buyer was the first person to view the house, Bond Oxborough kept us informed all through the sale, and we appreciated their knowledge and expertise. We will definitely look to continue with Bond Oxborough, we currently rent another property through them and find their lettings service excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Great Service really listened to what I wanted. Went over and above what I expected.. Great Advertising! Great communication! I've moved a lot and had some horrendous experiences, thankfully this wasn't one of them. Second time I've used them would highly recommend them to others. Their Commission was less than other agents quoted too! .So cheaper and better, it's a 'no brainer' choice in my book! (Reviewed by an experienced serial mover.)

From valuation and sales particulars throughout the sales process to completion, we received a first class service from BBP. Queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The sales brochure was attractive and professionally produced . This no doubt ensured we had immediate viewings and a sale agreed within a week of the property being put on the market. All staff involved at BBP were friendly and helpful and Philippa in particular deserves special mention for her care and attention throughout the process.
