GoogleHollywell effectively helped us to find excellent tenants (and neighbours) for the first-time rental of the house next door. The process was swift and simple with 8 potential tenants visiting within a week of the listing, and 4 of those applying. The tenants we opted for moved in two weeks later.

GoogleAlmost been in our new home for 3 years and as time has passed it’s shown us how poorly our home was built and the cheap workarounds to get it finished - from wonky walls, discoloured white doors, peeling paint and cello tape used to plaster the walls, (meaning a complete re plaster of walls), incorrectly installed toilet, broken tap… list goes on.. - we’ve had nothing but issues and Bloor have been next to useless. Our neighbours have somehow had more issues than us which makes me think this is probably a common occurrence. Definitely won’t be buying another home from Bloor.

GoogleStaff and higher management not easy to deal with. Much higher priced than comparable properties in area. So pleased I didn’t buy a Bloor property found a much better value, quality property.

GoogleA lovely development on the outskirts of Congleton. Damon and Julie are just the best and can't do enough for you. Their knowledge about the development is amazing and they are never pushy. Any questions are answered and nothing is too daft to ask (although I worry they'll be sick of seeing me 🤣). When making interior choices they make sure you are well aware of all the options and don't try to upsell. The development itself is very well designed with a good mix of open spaces while still providing a good private feel to street layouts. It's going to be amazing to see the development continue to grow until completion.

GoogleShabby build quality with no care taken. Well I've lived in my blodged home, sorry 'bloor home' for 3 months. Well none of the wood work has been undercoated so all is uncleanable, will just come straight off of the wood. Wall paint so thin that 2 wipes with a cloth the paint comes off (they tell you not to paint for the first 12-18months). Didn't final fill where the boards meet the skirting on stairs, just left massive gaps and gloped mastic in there, which has now just departed. Whole upstairs floor is warped and has come loose. Missed any paint on the bathroom door top so has swollen and won't close.now the grout is failing in the shower and bathroom. Bath is unusable because of the grout and the bath panel which fits so badly water will 'get in there' and the ceiling in the living room has dropped. Well done Blodged homes 👏👏
