The customer service done well on updating of apartment handover and development progress. Danielle been very meticulous, patience and responsive in assisting me on the progress and handling over of my apartment. It's been a smooth process even I'm not in UK personally. Like the few videos which to keep me updated with the progress. Do keep up the good work!!

Don’t even think about buying a home with them unless you want them to take your money and then wash their hands of any issues you have and you want to deal with horrific customer service standard!! Quality of the homes on Highwood are an absolute joke and how they have been passed by the NHBC is questionable with the issues being raised.

Most Arrogant untouchable developer in London if not in the UK, Read well Berkeley leaseholder agreements you will understand that you shall not even consider Berkely homes for a Chicken Pen! for Example: if in the same development Flat A runs into legal trouble with the management agent or developer and Sold the flat leaving unpaid legal bills and cost, Flat B , C , D, etc must pay the bills! how ridiculous is that? and I am not Joking. Ground Rent is a Typical Rip-off by Berkley group one of the most expensive in the UK.60 sqm flat GR is £ 850 PA ???Building defective Walls, structures, and cladding, and pushing the costs on leaseholders alone. Pathetic Avoid at any cost! there is no Zero Star on Trust pilot

Everything is good, especially the client management team. But, the recommended solicitor firm Riseam Sharples is a nightmare. They didn’t provide any ontime qualified service at all. Didn’t reply emails more than a month, after the exchange finished for two months, they sent an email to ask for all legal documents because they CANNOT find them.......

After a long journey to our purchase, we have finally moved into our beautiful first home. Berkeley homes couldn’t have done more to settle us in and make us feel special and welcome in our new apartment. I'm extremely pleased with the whole process of purchasing SQP from Berkeley. I was well informed with the progress of the development. The customer service was well staffed and they would get things sorted quickly. They are accommodating and we are well look after. I remembered the eye opening experience when we were invited to see the 'underground community' at the basement of the building site. I felt like I am taking part in the development myself!Needless to say, the location, the design, the facilities and concierge service are top of the class. Thank you!

I am happy with my btl property built by Berkeley Home. The whole purchase was convienent and efficient. The process is straightforward and my customer service manager Alex was really helpful and patient with my requests, for example, providing cladding report for mortgage, contacting concierge for arranging tenants viewings ect.

Had a very good survey with the Trustpilot. The survey included most of the relevant areas, collected feedback, suggestions and improvements. I am very happy with the Berkeley Homes, in particular the Sales team, Laura the sales manager who helped us a lot before handed over to the post sales team. After the completion, Lee the development director, assisted us on various post completion issues.If the score can be from 1 to 10, instead of 1 to 5, it would give more fine-grained reviews.
