From the time we decided to buy the apartment (under construction then), Berkeley has provided excellent service to us. We were regularly given updates on the progress of the construction. Natalie our CSM was super responsive and answered our questions in a promptly manner. She also arranged a visit for us to look at the apartment when it was safe for us to do so. The quality of the apartment is excellent too! It was such a great experience for us!

Recently purchased at the green quarter and the Berkeley home buying experience was exceptional from start to finish. Especially the customer relations team who did a great job given difficultys with covid and delays keeping proactively me informed. Flat has practically no snagging issues and the small issues or nitpicks where sorted immediately or next day. Only reason it's not 5 starts is the partnership with firtport they really need to find a better management agency partnership on the flats vs default as there issues reflect poorly on the Berkeley brand even if they are separate companies. Makes me hesitate recommend anyone buying a property if first port are managing agents.

PAID AND NEVER HEARD ANYTHING!!!! Got sent to another company who had no idea who I was and added on lots of fees! Apparently this isn’t my problem and I have to pay them all! After being given such a cheap price I should of known! DONT USE!!!!!! I am unable to get any of my money back so will be taking this further also have now lost the property!

WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM A 1* NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AFTER PAYING, MISS SOLD, SO MANY HIDDEN FEES ADDED EVEN AFTER ASKING SEVERAL TIMES! I STILL AM YET TO HEAR BACK AND WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER!!!!! AVOID! CHEAP FOR A REASON!

Horrofic build quality- Nothing but a NIGHTMARE of TROUBLE and HEADACHES!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON BERKLEY BUILT HOUSES.No standard fitings used.Lightbulbs are 3 pin bayone bulbs.Spot light fittings are some obscure "sgu10"Plumbing does not work correctly - cold water stops for days at a time in the bath.Sink Taps are not fited with correct uk sandard flexi pipe - instead Berkley use an elaborate setup of down-sizing adapters to attach their weird taps flexi pipes. so new taps cannot be direcly installed.Washing machine broke after 3 years, boiler broke a few months later. Boiler was fitted with non standard 2 flue pipes which had to be changed to get a new boiler!Bathroom door handle & lock broke after 4 yearsYou cannot just walk into B&Q or Screwfix and pickup parts for a straight replacement on a broken anything!!!

The most dreadful developers on this planet with absolutely zero consideration for existing neighbours while they destroy their health and damage their homes while putting up their fish bowl glass apartments!Do not buy one of their homes unless the entire construction site is complete as living adjacent is a real nightmare and has continued for 5 years or more! Absolutely no consideration for local residents..Too many lies and distortion ....it is all about the cash!!!

My experience buying a new home from Berkley Homes in London E14 has been exemplary from start to finish. Everyone I’ve encountered from Berkley without exception is well-trained, knowledgable, with a can-do attitude and happy to go the extra mile to make me feel I’ve made a great decision, coming to live here. A few minor snagging issues, all resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Apartment specification and finish as good as anything I’ve seen in - and infinitely superior to competitor developments nearby. And the amenities, including pools, spa, gym and residents’ lounge are all outstanding. Hugely recommended! Special thanks to Melissa, Ian, Shaan, Shannon, Martin B, Martin C, Chris, Zoran the magnificent French Polisher, Lyntton, Kev, and all at Concierge & the Quay Club who have made me feel so welcome.
