GoogleWhat an amazing Estate Agent. Professional, friendly, supportive and efficient. Supported me through the whole process and recommended a fantastic Conveyancer, Nicola Walsh from Cooper Burnett. Between them they have taken all the stress out of what would otherwise have been a nightmare dealing with the sale of a Probate property. Mark Haffenden is fantastic. Recommended by a friend and I in turn have recommended them to my friends. Absolutely brilliant , 1st class service.

GoogleBatcheller Monkhouse Planning department has to be the best there is, Nick Webb is the most knowledgeable planner I have met. The level service they provide is second to none - they understood my case, handled it perfectly, and achieved results. I have been told that what I wanted might not be possible by other firms, and after two years of planning hell, Batcheller Monkhouse took my case and secured more than I could ever dream of. I will be using them again and recommending to my friends because Batcheller Monkhouse did not use standard 'template' for my application, they got to know ins and outs of the situation, assessed and advised on what can be achieved, and most importantly they did what is takes to win my case. If you want results, this is the firm to use.

She has the ability to maneuver her way through planning policy and her tenacity when wading through all the red tape is second to none. The fees charged are reasonable and straightforward, and dealings are always totally professional. I cannot praise or thank her enough. GoogleBatcheller Monkhouse have been excellent and worth every penny of their commission. We had lots of viewings, regular feedback and follow up. Everyone in the team was always helpful and full of advice. Once we had an offer Michelle looked after us and I can honestly say we wouldn't have got the sale over the line without her. There were some legal complexities that delayed completion but Michelle always on the case liaising with 3 sets of lawyers, and keeping everyone up to date. Michelle was also very reassuring and calm, which was so appreciated when the transaction became protracted and very frustrating. I highly recommend Batchelor Monkhouse for their professionalism and client care.

GoogleWe tried two agents over a three-year period then we moved to Batcheller Monkhouse and sold. For various reasons it was a complicated and protracted sale because of certain financial issues none of which were related to BM. They were helpful, understanding, supportive and showed great patience. That applies to everyone at every level. We can only give 5 stars but if I was Len Goodman I'd make it a seven. Even Craig Revel Horwood would give a ten! Don't bother with the others. Go to BM!!

I was recommended Tom Bodley Scott by my family solicitor who was the initial contact, the work was then completed by Hayley Olley. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient and understanding of my concerns. I am very pleased with the end outcome and would highly recommend Batcheller Monkhouse to anyone in a similar position.
