GoogleMy experience as a buyer with Batcheller Monkhouse was fantastic from beginning to end. Emma in the Haywards Heath office was supportive, helpful and pleasant throughout guiding us through the purchase of our first house. I cant recommend them enough and would certainly go back to them in the future when we look to buy again. *****

TrustpilotDisgraceful business. No sense of safeguarding what so ever.
Instead of kindly writing me acknowledging the red flags I raised regarding my grandads farm sale. (Ongoing family issues in which my vulnerable grandad is being bullied). Instead of looking into the situation, or writing me, they removed my comments and blocked me. Instead of worrying about the money you can make off a 2 millions farm sale maybe your staff should be trained more in safeguarding of vulnerable people. Disgusting.

GoogleGreat experience with Batcheller Monkhouse. Especially with Bethany, who went out of her way to ensure that we got in on the date we needed after some understandable setbacks.

GoogleReally happy with Mark at the TWells BM office. He was professional, helpful and supportive throughout. When we lost our buyer he quickly got more viewings arranged and the sale back on track.

GoogleWe bought a house in Tunbridge Wells that was listed with BM. Michelle was friendly, professional and communicative throughout the process. Any potential issues were approached constructively, and I particularly appreciated the effort she went to with co-ordinating the whole chain - not just BM listings.

GoogleWe bought through Batcheller Monkhouse nearly 30 years ago, and they've patiently given us un-pushy advice on many occasions as we considered selling. Now we've actually sold our complicated property, and cannot fault their negotiating skill and empathetic support throughout. They showed a deep understanding of what living in the country is about, and our only regret is that they cannot find our next house for us, many miles away.

GoogleI have sold twice through Batcheller Monkhouse and also bought my last house through them. I have also recommended them to at least four friends who were all more than satisfied with the service they received. I used to be a conveyancing solicitor so I am in a position to recognise good service. These people are highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Also, rather importantly, they get excellent results. I couldn't want for more.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic vets... Last week we had to rush our dalmatian in with a twisted stomach which could have been fatal, they operated on her and now, 6 days later, she came for a half hour walk and is almost as good as new! So grateful to them!

GoogleEmma, James and rest of the team were excellent. Communication, professionalism and the way they chased up solicitors and other parties to get the sale, and my onward purchase done was first class. Thank you.
