Brad was incredibly helpful. We were viewing a cottage that (it quickly became clear) didn’t suit our needs. Brad took the time to ask us a series of questions that allowed him to understand our most important requirements. He looked through his files and then offered to take us to another property close by that we hadn’t considered. This was a ‘mystery property’ that we quickly became interested in.
