GoogleThey promised no parking on the estate entry road and the lorry drivers from the near industrial estate are parking all day long and use the bushes as toilets! This makes Dunstall Park a really lovely place to live. No answer on this after I sent multiple emails they just ignore it! And yes.. lots of snags still open after 3 years, run as fast as you can.

GoogleI was impressed by the service, and the open and honest advice, at the sales centre here today. The development is progressing well and there are some canal facing plots available at the time of writing. Appointments are required to view the show homes, however, if you visit during open hours and it looks a bit closed, ring the bell and wait, there may well be someone around to talk to you, but it may take a moment or two for them to get to you!

GoogleI visit the farm next to this new housing estate. I prefer the older solid house to these new builds, but they look nice and I am sure if you want to "keep up with the Jone's", there will be a house there for you

GoogleJust we moved to our new home🎉🙂 The house looks welcoming, warm and ready to move in. It is an amazing feeling when you get the keys and walk through that door for the first time! There was welcome pack that was left in our kitchen. It is a lovely gesture to have a little surprise to welcome you into your new home! A massive Thank you to Katie Petch (sales advisor ) who supported us for all this time. She is very professional, organised and very kind person. Thank you Barratt homes for the great service provided.

GoogleWe moved into our new home approximately 6 weeks ago and I can honestly say how happy we are with everything. Right from the initial show around of the house with Alan the site manager and Tara from the sales office, we picked up on a few snags as expected with a new house but nothing major. These have been dealt with by the builders who are very polite and respectful of our new home. Undoubtedly we will have a few more things over time but I'm confident these will be dealt with as quickly as previous snags . All in all we are so pleased with the customer care from Barratt homes. A big thank you to Tara and Lana from the sales office . Leonna the sales manager and Alan and all the builders. Hayley & Marcus

GoogleThe alarm system is constantly going at like 1 in the morning it never went off till 7 this morning how can me & my kids sleep thru that it needs fixed asap !!!

GoogleThere showhome is based on lies, if you opt for the top of the range kitchen you end up with one less expensive than what the showhome is advertising.
