GoogleWe used Balmforth to find a rental after moving to the area in August. Steven was incredibly helpful and accommodating and even picked us up and drove us around to the properties for viewings before we had purchased a car. He was patient with us and answered our many questions. Since then, things have gone very smoothly and we have established a good relationship with our landlord.

GoogleExceptional service, communication, advice and expertise. I recently sold my property with Balmforth and the sales team is truly second to none. Special shout out to Matt who went above and beyond, doing everything possible (in tricky circumstances!) to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. I felt supported and informed every step of the way, and the team are just really lovely people as well! This wasn't just the best experience I've had with an estate agent, it's the best customer service experience I've had, and I don't say that lightly! Prior to buying my home, I also have previously rented with Balmforth. The exceptional experience while renting was one of the things that made me go with them when it was time to sell my home, and I'm so glad I did. Thanks so much team, 10/10!

GoogleAs a landlord, they where as about as effective as a wet towel. Communication appalling, referencing unproductive. Despite them supposing finding me a new tenant 2 months ago still no sign of a contract and a tenant moving in. Have now moved to a new agency.

GoogleI received excellent customer service and dedication far exceeding what I could have hoped for in finding exactly the right home for me to rent. The communication was brilliant and I could not be more satisfied with the way they helped me navigate through it. Cayley in particular was fantastic and she was so helpful in guiding me through the entire process, but I would also like to thank the rest of the team who worked so hard on my behalf.
