GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service!!! I have always very sceptical when it comes to the housing market however from day one Balmforth impressed me with the valuation meeting right through to the sale of my property and the purchase of my new property Balmforth were incredible!!! They were always efficient, responsive, constantly providing updates with clear and direct communication whilst always being very open and honest!! Of course with every house sale/purchase you face bumps in the road, however these were always dealt with the upmost professional manner and I can’t thank Balmforth enough. I would like to give a special recommendation to Matt, he certainly went well over and above the standard practice and was evident that he delivers his job with real determination and passion whilst genuinely caring about his customer and client base I would give more than 5 stars if I could

Out of all the agents we worked with for viewings, Balmforth was the most direct, friendly, and approachable team! They patiently guided us through all the steps, and are still reachable even after leasing has begun. A special shoutout goes to Steven for enduring our many viewing requests and questions, and to Polly for explaining everything in great detail to the point of repeating herself for clear understanding! We highly recommend them to anyone who is moving into the tri-base area!

GoogleI rang the Haverhill office, to speak to somebody about a property. I think the lady I spoke to may have been a Mel?. Anyway,she was excellent. She answered my question and when the time comes I will be using them for my own sale. She was knowledgeable but not pushy.

GoogleWe dealt with Mel and Jodie, who were both very helpful. We found it good that they use in house staff for the viewings, so knew about the property being sold. We would recommend there services.
