GoogleMy partner and I were unexpectedly made homeless after our newly purchased property was destroyed by a water leak last January. We urgently looked for a rental property and came across a few through kinetic. Nina was absolutely brilliant in finding us the perfect fit for us two and our dog. She was always helpful in answering any queries we had and managed to get us into a property in 5 weeks post water leak discovery. Issues with the rental were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend Nina and kinetic as an estate agents!

GoogleFrom start to finish the service we had from Kinetic Staff especially Jo. has been fantastic kept updated on everything that was happening was always there if we had a question or needed help with form filling etc.Arranged plenty of viewings and made the whole process of house selling as pain free as they could Would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anybody who wants to sell their house.

GoogleHIGHLY RECOMMEND KINETIC!!! I have dealt with Kinetic for several years now, both as a seller, a buyer and for rentals and I cannot recommend them enough! They are not your run of the mill estate agents, they care about every single client and their needs and I personally don't know anyone who has dealt with Kinetic that hasn't praised them for the same! All staff are brilliant but Nina (and Matt) particularly go above and beyond for their clients. I'm so grateful to them for all they have done for me over the years. I'm not a friend, I don't work for them, I'm just a client that has had nothing but fantastic customer service! So don't let other bitter reviews give you a false impression, no one can please everyone 100% of the time but the majority of reviews speak for themselves!

GoogleI've had an excellent experience throughout. Nina has been extremely professional, friendly, and very responsive at every stage. I feel like she's gone above and beyond in any situation. Viewings were well organised, and everything was clearly explained. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and communication was always clear. Its made the whole process stress-free. I would definitely recommend this agent to others.

GoogleI have had an amazing experience dealing with Balgores , I was trying to sell my flat and struggling for long time , even went multi agent and Balgores were the one, who found the buyer, the best thing about the team was they would keep me posted every week on how things were moving , provide timely updates , suggest me new idea to get more traction, and helped me throughout the process, they followed up with buyer , their and my solicitors both. Mark and Oscar did a great job, highly recommend.
