She was friendly and hands on and answered all the questions we needed answering. I would highly recommend using the Basildon team!&ask for Jordan if you want you experience to be smooth and efficient as possible.she was a star!

GoogleWe have currently rented a property through Balgores and we couldn’t of been happier with the service we received. We had a lovely lady called Jordan helping us through the whole way with paperwork etc , and honestly she couldn’t of been more helpful if she tried. Smooth process from start to finish and we are now loving settling into our new home.

GoogleClive at Balgores SWF was excellent and very professional throughout when selling my Bungalow. He made the process less stressful by inviting me into the office to go through all of the solicitors paper work. GoogleThe worst experience ever with an estate agent. Staff are clueless. So poor with there services. No support whatsoever only concerned about making a quick buck! Emailed to take there board off my house but been there for about a year.
