GoogleThanks to PM Arshia - Since the property have some issues I needed to reach out to the property management. But I haven't received any updates for a while (It took almost 3 months to get an update), but the PIC has been changed as Arshia Khan. Unlike the previous property manager, she was very quick to respond. And she knew what the problem was and how she could help me out. Most importantly, she kept sharing me the updates in order to let me know the progress. Thankfully most of the issues have been resolved. Thank you again Arshia!

GoogleArshia the property manager is very responsive and helpful during the property check-out process. The tenants have made some serious smoking damage to the property during the stay. Arshia has helped to provide solution, coordinate the cleaning services and handled the communication with the tenants re. deposit well. Thank you.

GoogleI have been a landlord with AMC for approximately 8yrs now. This review is to specifically highlight the hard work and due diligence of Lauren Chapman (Property Manager) and Andrina Kivlin (Contracts Manager). They have both played a crucial part in not only managing the logistics, tenants and prompt responses to issues that have arisen but also the governance, admin, licensing and additional nightmares caused by insurers and claims! They've both been consistent, reliable and extremely trustworthy throughout this process and as I am a landlord currently living abroad this has been absolutely paramount for me to have peace of mind! I cannot praise these two individuals enough and would recommend ANY landlord to most certainly sign up with AMC based on the superior service and care of these two fantastic individuals! A huge THANK YOU to you both.

GoogleShakil Khan is a very prompt and responsive Property Manager and in the period he’s been looking after the property he was really proactive in sorting out the issues I had and checking in regularly to see if there was anything else I needed - which changed my opinion of the overall quality of the service. Highly recommend him - good attitude and good customer service!

GoogleElena Cosciug is a great property manager. Any issues I have had no matter how small or big she has dealt with it quickly and efficiently. She has even visited the flat (out of hours) to resolve an issue I was having. She replies to my emails very quickly, she is very friendly whether its on the phone or in person and always happy to help. When I first moved in, I had a different property manager who did not reply to me at all, however once Elena took over it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. She is even friendly with my annoyingly needy dog :)

GoogleWe scheduled a viewing for a property but when we arrived no-one was there. After many (unanswered) calls to George and Ben we went to their offices and no one was there either! We called the number on the door and were informed the property we’d gone to view had had an offer accepted on it that morning. Wouldn’t have hurt to send an email to let us know it was no longer available. Poor customer service, would not recommend.

GoogleWorst!! They wouldn’t give me my deposit back unless we agreed for money to be withdrawn for cleaning even though the check out report stated that the flat was professionally cleaned!!!

GoogleWorst agency you can have, avoid at all cost. They dont reply during their working hours on fridays, nobody, not even in case of emergencies, answer on fridays after 5pm. It took me 3 months + many video proofs and emails to get my heaters changed. House was not clean at all when I moved in and some parts in bathroom were very rusty.
