GoogleI previously wrote a positive review but unfortunately I take back everything I said. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to be misled. Our letting agent misled us from the beginning and miscommunicated very important information. Then when confronted about it, was extremely rude and unprofessional and would not take responsibility in order to move forward. The issue has been ongoing for MONTHS and I still don’t know what utilities are covered by the landlord and what I need to pay for (I have lived in the flat 7 months!!) I have sent email after email and still haven’t received a solution from property management or the management team. GoogleIt was a delight to work with MARTINA. Opposed to the other nasty and laid back agents that I had dealt with so far, Martina was EXTREMELY POLITE and prompt in helping me fight a studio. She was about to go on an annual leave and ensured that the deal was closed prior to that so that I was left in the lurch. I was happy to see her dedication towards her work! GoogleVery poor and unprofessional management while negotiating for a tenancy agreement. The communication between the agent and myself was really poor. We had an agreement and I had paid the holding deposit, but suddenly a day after there was a different agency which offered better terms to the landlord so they rejected my offer. By the time of our agreement, I spoke with the agent and she confirmed that the landlord she would have accepted my offer and I have to pay the holding deposit to process with the reference check which I did.NegativeProfessionalism
