GoogleI arrange a viewing in East India to see a property for buying and i was waiting for an agent half an hour to find out that he will not come as he does not have the keys from the property. Then his manager emailed me apologising and she promised she will supporting with the viewing and she never answered to her mobile or email the next day when the viewing was supposed to happen. I don’t recommend. Unprofessional!!!

GoogleDanny Daly was an absolute joy to do business with. He was incredibly helpful towards the end of the conveyancing process following up with all parties to ensure that the transaction completed successfully. Also during the offer stage, I felt he was transparent and managed our expectations rightly. Danny was therefore instrumental in us being able to buy our new property, which we're absolutely delighted with! I'd recommend Atkinson McLeod as Estate Agents, specially Danny.

GoogleSimply avoid it because they will find any excuse to squeeze every penny out of you. They got my tenancy agreement to start 4 days earlier than the day they handed in the house key. The house was not cleaned properly and pieces of furnitures were missing.

GoogleDanny Daly injected a healthy dose of reality into our sales process and provided a huge amount of insight and advice that supported us through a very turbulent market. Approachable and available, he always took time to reassure and went above and beyond to keep our sale on track, at times even having to do the purchaser's agent's job when the chain seemed about to break.

GoogleThanks to Shakil for his polite communications and efforts in helping with any issues with the property (billing, fixes etc.). It is always good to have consistent backing from the property management when you’re a tenant!

Googlemost of reviews are fake with 1 review only. Agency is simply BAD. Kept ignoring water leak to our neighbours for months. SHAME.
Hi MT, Can I get your full name to get Property Management fix your issue? As per the reviews, I can assure you all of them are real: you can check their profile owners one by one.

GoogleScam company, be careful not to get your deposit back. aware of your deposit
Atkinson Mcleod takes very seriously the return of deposits to tenants after a tenancy has ended. We employ a number of people specifically to do this job and aim to return deposits in a timely manner. Atkinson Mcleod hold deposits in deposit schemes on behalf of Landlords and do not have ultimate authority to return them to Tenants. We have to rely on the TDS Tenancy deposit scheme for approval along with the Landlords before we can return any Monies. We understand this can be frustrating for all concerned. Thanks, Dan McLeod, Director
