GoogleI've been renting with Atkinson McLeod for almost 2 years now. I am happy with their service as agents, in terms of property management, inspections, contract extensions etc. My initial engagement with Atkinson McLeod was for a year and a half. I decided to extend further. Previously Elena and now Angel as property managers have been extremely helpful with very prompt updates and follow ups around any issues that I've faced and have helped resolve them at the earliest. I look forward to the rest of my engagement and further with Angel and Atkinson McLeod.

GoogleTHE WORST LETTING AGENCY IN THE UK! I had the terrible experience of moving into a property managed by Atkinson McLeod in 2021. The agency agreed to clean the property and dispose off the old broken furniture before I moved in but, to my utter shock, I saw that the property was not thoroughly cleaned and the broken furniture was present in the property when I moved in. I later had to shell out money from my pocket to dispose off the old furniture. Also, none of the small repairs I asked for were taken care before I moved in. What followed were several mails everyday to Atkinson McLeod office but no response from them each time. After 4 months of moving in, they agreed to some of the repairs after I threatened to raise a complaint. ***End of Tenancy *** I vacated the property just after 9 months of tenancy and there was no response from Atkinson Mcleod office on returning my deposit. 1.5 months later, they deducted a whopping £172 pounds for cleaning the property even after I had gotten the property professionally cleaned citing miniscule reasons such as the oven was not clean enough etc. Additionally, I was charged a £100 GBP for a window blind replacement that was already worn out when i moved in. During my entire tenancy period, it was not used since it was worn out and not working in the first place! Even after providing picture proof that it broken when I moved in, a £100 GBP was deducted towards it. In total I lost £272 GBP from my deposit without any fault of mine. ***CUSTOMER SERVICE*** Most of the mails you send to them will return a "Out of office" response and you have to run pillar to post to get a response from them regarding any issue or deposit return. The executives also are rude and treat you with very little regard once you have made the deposit and rent. Please consider while moving into any property managed by Atkinson Mcleod Canary Wharf.

GoogleI am writing to express my disappointment with the decline in the quality of your services over the last two years. In the past, I was impressed with the prompt response times and proactive approach to addressing any issues. However, in recent months, I have found that it takes much longer to get a response from your team, and when I do finally hear back, the solutions offered are often inadequate or lacking attention to detail. The people here now only interested in getting management fees from landlord in advance and not provide any service. I understand that the past year has been challenging for everyone, but I believe that this is no excuse for the decline in your services. I am writing to express my hope that your company will take this feedback to heart and work to improve the quality of your services in the future.

As far as Property Managers go he has by far been the best I’ve dealt with, his willingness to solve issues in a timely manner and fantastic communication skills have been making our leasing very easy. Chris has been so helpful and always goes above and beyond.
