GoogleAn excellent service from Philip Bullman in the sale of our flat in E1. We received interest in the property very quickly. Thereafter, unlike most estate agents, he took a very active role in the sale process, ensuring that all parties kept up a level of urgency and did not let matters rest. In that way, the sale was completed within a tight timetable, which is what we wanted. We would recommend Philip.

GoogleHad two bookings for viewings with the agents which we had booked on Friday for the following Tuesday, which was the earliest we could come down from Yorkshire. On the day of the viewing, having driven down and we’re only half an hour away from London, we received a call to say that both of our viewings with them were cancelled, with no reason given. After calling from different numbers, as they would not pick up, we were given the excuse that the current occupants were working from home and no longer wanted us in, but this did not add up and they didn’t come up with an excuse for the property which was newly refurbished, empty, and had only come on the market the previous week. They asked if we would view the day after which obviously was not an option. The agents office was around the corner from the properties we were viewing so we decided to pay them a visit. They changed their story again and said that the properties had had offers and had gone. They tried to blame the whole thing on their tenants, which they said are usually unreliable. This is not professional behaviour and they should take responsibility for their own business instead of trying to come up with excuses. We should’ve noticed the red flags when we’d called to get more pictures of the flat several times with no answer, which we never received in the end. I would avoid them like the plague.

GoogleAmazing Sale, lots of choice for customer. Maintenance and agents are delay on requests/issues. Not able to resolve urgent living essential things. etc power cut, heating. Only attempt to send handy man in few days. Only bring back up instead of replacing out-dated equipment.

GoogleMy estate agent Harry Foster was without a doubt the best estate agent I’ve worked with. He was very friendly, punctual, responsive to emails and calls and didn’t bat a eyelid at my daily calls to check on the progress of the house. In the viewing stage, he didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision quickly and he ran through the process with us several times very clearly and the whole experience was very reassuring and ran smoothly. He also wore a mask and stayed his distance which was greatly appreciated. I’ve moved many times in the last few years and had lots of different estate agents and Akinson McLeod are the best I’ve used by a mile. I’ll be using them from now for every house move. Highly recommend Harry in particular but the company as a whole, very pleased with the whole process.

GoogleWe are renting a property through this agency, and it is the biggest nightmare ever! We are supposed to move in tomorrow, we paid the confirmation of offer already one month ago and have already paid the first month of the tenancy, but we haven't received the contract to be signed yet. So we still don't know if we are gonna be able to move in although we have paid already!! The transparency has ben 0 through the whole process, and we have had to call the agent every single day to get answers to our questions...

He gave excellent advice and feedback as well as useful suggestions. He always made himself available and was very responsive. We were most impressed.
