GoogleIncompetent! Went to view a house with them - they never turned up despite the fact that I had a confirmation email. When I called they said that it wasn't in anyone's diary and that they house was no longer on the market anyway. My friend had travelled down from Liverpool to see the house.
No apology given.

Hi Rachel, Properties do go very quickly given the current rental market and we ensure that all of our clients are made aware if a property is no longer available no less than 2 hours before a viewing takes place. I would always recommend that you would line up several viewings if travelling such a distance to ensure you give yourselves the best opportunity of seeing a variety of properties before you make a decision of what one to proceed with.
In this particular instance I can only imagine that we either have a incorrect number or email address which we would have used to notify you of the cancelled appointment. In any case, I am sorry that the message did not get through to you and I hope you have been successful in your search.

GoogleWe interacted with numerous estate agents in the process of purchasing our home and Michaela was easily the best. Obviously we wouldn't have bought our home if we hadn't liked it anyway, but I can honestly say Michaela made all the difference to the sale. She was experienced, well-informed and very responsive. She was open from the start about potential problems with the property - which had she concealed and they'd come to light later, would probably have scared us off. She was unfailingly patient (we made her show us round the same house three times!) and knows the area really well, which helped make our decision easier. I speak from a buyer's perspective but if we were ever to sell our house, I would not hesitate to use Michaela and I would recommend her and Aspire to anyone looking for an estate agent local to this area.

GoogleMy partner and I purchased a flat in Summer 2019 through Aspire, Balham. Adam Seymour-Davies was our Estate Agent and he provided a very attentive service.
Our transaction was not straightforward, as a result of delays caused by incompetent solicitors (Stirling Ackroyd, who I would be reviewing as 0 / 5 stars!). Because of this, Adam had to manage the relationship with the seller and worked exceptionally hard in the interest of both parties to keep the sale on track. I know he went to great lengths to do this and we appreciated the service.
We have settled into our new flat and are very happy. We would certainly recommend Aspire Balham (and Adam in particular) to anyone looking to buy in the area.

GoogleFrom the second we starting working with Aspire Estate Agents, in particular the lovely Jack Card, we were incredibly impressed with the fast, efficient and thorough process - especially when we had had such disappointing experiences that day with other estate agents. When we rang Jack to view the property, he was very happy to squeeze us into his very busy schedule last minute and therefore we were the first to view our property of dreams. Jack was attentive, knowledgeable and open - he had the answer to every one of our questions whilst having a calm demeanour about him so it didn't feel like we were in a rat race of finding a flat.
