GoogleJust wanted to say a massive thank you to Amber, she really put me at ease when renting my first property in London. I moved to London at the end of last year and was struggling via another agency to find a rental, Amber went above and beyond for me! She was always contactable and made me feel really comfortable during the processes! I viewed a property and was able to pick up the keys the NEXT DAY! I probably would of given up and moved back home if it wasn't for Amber, thank you again for your above and beyond customer service!

GoogleAwful customer service, rude and dismissive. Forgot basic paperwork which nearly forced us to not be able to move in. Did not supply the right number of keys until chased up. Currently waiting to hear about dodgy electrician report which they have not sorted out, meaning property is not technically safe. Would not recommend to anyone.

GoogleA big thank you to Christine from Aspire for all her hard work in selling my flat. I bought the property through Aspire in 2005 and the attention, availability and time devoted to their customers has not changed. Christine secured the sale but it was the pressure and momentum she kept on all parties involved that enabled us to finally achieve completion 6 months later. No easy feet and I have no doubt that this was due to her life and work experience that has made for a shrewd operator. Just what any vendor/buyer is looking for. I hope Aspire know what a good asset she is for any brand.

Having missed out on one property, she worked with us to find something based on our search requirements and we are really pleased with the end result. Beyond that, Rebecca was in constant contact with us and her generous nature and good humour made the whole process an enjoyable experience. GoogleIt’s been superb working with Chris on our house purchase in the area. He was great at keeping communication going between all parties involved, always available and responsive. Chris helped us keep our heads cool when another part of our chain was at risk of falling through and ultimately allowed us to compete on the lovely house we’re currently in. Would definitely recommend working with him!

GoogleI confess that until I dealt with Aspire I assumed all estate agents were shifty characters in shiny suits. Dealing with Adam - he handled both my sale and purchase - was a revelation. He was straight-forward, extremely knowledgeable, reassuring, tactful and professional. He's also an excellent communicator who kept me updated throughout the process. I also got the distinct impression that he's a thoroughly decent human being. Well done, Aspire. Now I know why the streets of Furzedown are dotted with your "Sold" boards.

GoogleIn the end I didn’t even let out a property with Charlie at Aspire but I was so impressed with his communication and professionalism for my property search I’d thought I’d leave a note of my appreciation ! He kept me updated over the few weeks and his use of WhatsApp was very friendly to my busy work schedule. Hopefully next time Charlie will have something on his stock list that’s perfect!
