As Andrea Bocelli once said "time to say goodbye!" that was the message we got from our current landlord,. So the search for a new home began which was a disaster to say the least, with countless viewings with agents who were just not listening to us, taking us on pointless viewings. Until we met Rebecca from Aspire. She was very patient with us and showed us numerous properties that could have worked, we put in a number of offers and missed out but she kept us in mind and was the first to call me when a new property came to the market which we have now subsequently picked up the keys too! So a huge thanks must go to Rebecca!!

If you ever consider getting a property from Aspire - RUN ! This is the most decieving, non-friendly and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. As we were about to move to a new place with my partner and after paying our deposit and agreement, few days prior our contract we were declined for reasons that are outside the scope of our contract and involves 3rd party interest where the agent mentions 'they agreed on the phone and this has never happened before' - lack of professional attitude, legal knowledge and protection of interests, everything that you DO NOT WANT to deal with when renting your new home. RUN!

I have had numerous dealings with Aspire Estate Agents in the Fulham South office. I am really satisfied with their services from initially purchasing my Fulham flat to recently selling the same flat and including their engagement when my co-freeholder sold the upstairs flat last year. Searching for a new property to rent can be challenging and exhausting but with the help of Rebecca Rooney from Aspire it was more like fun!
