The best estate agents ever! As a buyer using Arnold Keys for my purchase, the whole team have been exceptional in the service provided to me. We used Arnolds Keys for a Homebuyers survey for a house we are buying. We were really impressed with them and can't recommend them enough. Our survey was booked and completed very quickly and the communications with Belinda were excellent! We received the report very soon after. The report was very detailed, stating any issues and necessary remedial works clearly. We followed up on a couple of points from the report with the surveyor and were really impressed with Shaun's detailed answers and further information on possible options for replacing a boiler. We felt they went beyond what was expected from a Homebuyers survey. Thank you! It made the house-buying process feel less stressful!

If I can recommend an Estate agent it would 1000% be Arnold keys, - Me and my partner had been looking for properties to rent for 3 months + With poor service from other estate agents. but when we Viewed with Arnold keys Not only were they responsive with their Viewing enquiry but they made the whole Process Quick easy and stress Free! We have now moved in to our new home because of Arnold Keys! NORWICH Branch, and are very happy - and I have to also say their aftercare service is stupidly Quick! by the time you have emailed or called them... next thing you know your request has been action with no Fuss or mess about. - I also Want to want to give a big shout out to DAISY EGMORE....for being so Helpful in our journey. Thanks again.

They actively discriminate against people on Universal Credit. They told me I had to have a guarantor before viewing the property as Universal Credit was not a guaranteed income. When I challenged them on this by saying it is illegal to discriminate they changed their tune and said we can arrange for a viewing but would probably be passed over for another applicant. I've never missed a rent payment in my life. I am not on benefits because I don't want to work, I'm on them because of health issues which aren't going to get any better. I was then put through to a rather slimey little man who tried to twist everything I said. So I ended up hanging up. I am making an appointment with my local MP to raise this in the form of an MP's enquiry, watch this space. So much for the "excellent customer service".

As advised, you or a representative on your behalf, are perfectly entitled to arrange a visit of the property and to subsequently submit an application, which will be discussed with the landlord. We consider and welcome approaches from people in all positions and do not discriminate. All applications to rent property through our agency are subject to reference checks and the landlords will ultimately instruct us on how they wish to proceed and who they would be happy to rent to. We were looking for a home for my little children(4)n(1), during a pandemic. We went through a process of getting a home and found doing everything paperwork wise at home on our own too overwhelming and we don't have a printer/scanner, I tried getting help but not a lot anyone can help with...so we gave up our home and hope Arnold Keys can help when they allow people to come in store again and when covid has calmed down. "GO AWAY Covid!!"
