All my queries were dealt with immediately and I always felt like my sale was important to them (despite it almost certainly being the lowest value property on their books). Special mention to Fleur who was instrumental in us reaching the point of exchange and completion, I really don't think it would have happened (and certainly not as quickly) without her continued pressing. GoogleI recently used Arnolds Keys to sell my house in Aylsham. From the moment I walked into their office, which is in the best possible place, right on the square in Aylsham town centre, I found all the staff professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I was impressed that the they listened to my requirements and wishes rather than giving me a sales pitch about how good they were and what I needed to do. Natasha clearly has extensive experience in Estate Agency and had a very practical approach. Kate did a great job of preparing the sales brochure including very good photos and even a 3D tour. Another thing I particularly liked was that Arnolds Keys took time to actually identify potential purchasers that were genuinely interested in the property and, importantly, were actually in a position to buy it, before arranging viewings. This avoided a lot of time wasting. Another point I liked was that the staff worked as a team, including Josh who always was happy to help if Natasha or Kate were not immediately available. It took a little over a month to find a buyer which I felt was good going at a time when the market was quite sluggish. When things got a little bogged down in the lead up to exchange of contracts Fleur (who handles sales progression most diligently) kept in touch with the buyers and both solicitors to get things moving again, so from start to finish I felt that Arnolds Keys did everything that a professional estate agency should do. If you are selling a house in Aylsham or the surrounding, area I would certainly recommend using them.

David has a wealth of knowledge and presents himself extremely well which was shown from the day we met him on the valuation of our property.
With myself and my wife having no previous experience of selling a house, David has always provided us with advice and answers to all of our questions, no matter how silly they have been. The team at Arnold keys have always been more than accommodating with our difficult, busy work schedule.
When speaking to a member of the team at Arnold keys, they have always been extremely polite and helpful which much also resound to potential buyers of our property. Josh’s photos of our property are beautiful and he obviously has a keen eye for detail, capturing exactly what we had hoped for in the listing. And lastly the description of our house is of a matched quality.
So far we could not ask for more from an estate agent and I highly recommend to anyone looking to list their property for sale whether you have previous experience of selling or not. FacebookThey actively discriminate against people on Universal Credit. They told me I had to have a guarantor before viewing the property as Universal Credit was not a guaranteed income. When I challenged them on this by saying it is illegal to discriminate they changed their tune and said we can arrange for a viewing but would probably be passed over for another applicant. I've never missed a rent payment in my life. I am not on benefits because I don't want to work, I'm on them because of health issues which aren't going to get any better. I was then put through to a rather slimey little man who tried to twist everything I said. So I ended up hanging up. I am making an appointment with my local MP to raise this in the form of an MP's enquiry, watch this space. So much for the "excellent customer service".
