We have had quite a protracted and difficult journey to finally buying our house but everyone at Arnolds Keys has worked really hard to make it happen. Special thanks to Natasha who helped us through all the low moments and also to Fleur for enabling the purchase to finally come off. Excellent service.

Paul, Christina and team have been amazing! Great communication, never felt the need to chase and always received updates keeping us up to date. Christina and Paul really connected all parties solicitors ensuring the sale was on track and never lost momentum. All I can say is they absolutely earn their money. Using a local estate agent definitely saw us receiving a better experience than friends using national/city based estate agents. If we sold again in the future would always return... actually would never consider any other estate agent! Thanks again Andy & Martin.

Excellent Service - Firstly the sales team that presentented the property so brilliantly. Secondly the negotiation team that arranged the viewings, showed the prospective buyers around the property, and dealt with the offers and lastly the support team that pushed the sale to completion by communicating with all the various parties involved. All very Professional, I would certainly recommend Arnold Keys to everybody.

Dreadful

Wasn’t a score lower than 1 star but I’d have given minus 5 if I could. Terrible company to deal with. The only times I’ve heard back from them is if I’ve chased. We’re now thousands of pounds down in solicitors fees and weeks with an empty unit because I can’t arrange for any of the heavy machinery to be ordered in ready for opening because of the non existent communication….ten weeks into securing the lease on our tiny unit. Nothing complicated in the lease at all!

We recently sold our family home through Arnold Keys and are so happy that we chose them. A big thank you very much to Natasha, Kate, Fleur and Josh in particular We sold remotely, which could have been difficult, but the team kept us informed at all stages, answering questions from us and dealing with those from other parties such as our buyers and solicitors. What made the service so special is that the team went the extra mile on so many occasions. Examples include visiting Mum to collect papers, arranging for tradespeople to visit our home and help with utilities. We would definitely recommend them, and thank them again for all their help

Awful experience with this company

Awful experience with this company. Buying and selling property is already stressful, but a poor agent makes it far worse. Communication was terrible, the property brochure was subpar, and at no point did I feel they were acting in my best interests. I had to escalate a formal complaint and seek advice from the Property Ombudsman. They seemed completely unaware, or indifferent, to the stress they caused. I’ve worked with excellent estate agents before, and this was the complete opposite. It will be a relief when Rightmove allows private sellers to bypass agencies like this.

Nothing but praise for the standard of service & support provided by the staff of Arnolds Keys Aylsham branch - especially their two wonderful residential sales progressors Chrissy & Charlie. Their constant efforts behind the scenes enabled us to complete a far from straightforward purchase for our older parents involving ill health, a last minute bridging loan & other issues. Always professional, friendly & good humoured they were available throughout for practical support & sensible advice; in Chrissy’s case even working on some of her days off to ensure that the sale was achieved & that completion met the deadline - you’re a star & our family are very grateful, thank you.

From my viewings with Josh, to the support provided by Chrissie and Charlie during the purchasing process and the key collection on move day with Natasha, the service provided by Arnold’s Keys has been second to none. They provided exceptional customer service to me, and as a buyer I wasn’t even paying for this service!
