Extremely happy with service & sale by Clive and his team. We chose them for their reputation, their knowledge of local coastal market, & we found them to be friendly, helpful, professional, giving wise business advice and calm support (including being available & working weekends) for the marketing and sale of our house in weybourne. They actively discriminate against people on Universal Credit. They told me I had to have a guarantor before viewing the property as Universal Credit was not a guaranteed income. When I challenged them on this by saying it is illegal to discriminate they changed their tune and said we can arrange for a viewing but would probably be passed over for another applicant. I've never missed a rent payment in my life. I am not on benefits because I don't want to work, I'm on them because of health issues which aren't going to get any better. I was then put through to a rather slimey little man who tried to twist everything I said. So I ended up hanging up. I am making an appointment with my local MP to raise this in the form of an MP's enquiry, watch this space. So much for the "excellent customer service".

We lived in a flat which was managed by the Arnold Keys for 1 year and 3 months. Everything was great except some maintenance issues in the house while tenancy continues. The person we contacted during the tenancy was very helpful. After the end of tenancy I went back to the house for the checkout report and handover of the keys. I met with Catherine Hunt in the house she was there for the checkout report. I handover keys to her and she saw cupboard keys in my hands and she thought that keys were also for the flat she asked to me give that keys to her aswell. When I told her these were cupboard keys she treated me like I was lying and hiding the keys for the flat. In the beginning of the tenancy period there were marks in the bedroom ceiling. However in the end of the tenancy they claimed the deposit for the marks which were not left by us !!!. They also claimed 234 £ for the cleaning just for the water marks in the bathroom and dusts on top of the sockets in a 1 bedroom flat. Other parts of the house left very clean by us. We left the house 11 of march and we just got the unclaimed part of the deposit in 13 of april. We had to wait a month for get back our deposit. Please very careful when renting from this agency as they could not be honest in the check in report.

Great company that cares about its reputation! I have been renting a flat for over a year now and coopiraring with Arnolds Keys is really what I wish for all people! The representative is always in touch (thanks, Joe!). If something breaks, be it a window frame or a kitchen faucet, an agency representative will always help. The start of our tenancy went very smoothly, and attaining the keys and completing the forms wasn't such a hassle. However we've just left our previous place, and trying to get a hold of our deposit has been a nightmare. The staff seem to only communicate when something is needed from the tenant. All other contact seems to be ignored. After waiting 2 days for a reply to my email I phoned the office, only to be told I'll receive a reply when someone is back. And of course I didn't. Feels extremely unprofessional. We also had several issues with Arnolds Keys during the later stages of our tenancy. Our boiler had started to stop working and when Arnolds Keys sent someone to fix it, it ended up not working at all, and we were given 0 information on how to get it working again. In addition to this we had viewings arranged for people to view the flat to rent after we'd left, not once did anybody turn up when we were expecting them. This would've been fine, if it weren't for the fact that nobody had let us know it wouldn't be happening. Just left us waiting all day. Be cautious when entering into business with Arnolds Keys, I can't speak for other branches however the Norwich team seem to care very little about their clients unless it benefits them in any way.

I highly recommend Arnold Keys as an estate agent. Their team in Norwich have been excellent throughout the entire process. I changed to use them after experiencing 4 sales fall through with another agency. Arnold Keys got multiple offers on my property and help choose the most suitable purchaser as a result the sale completed in good time. I believe this is down to good customer service and the staff really knowing their clients.

Wasn’t a score lower than 1 star but I’d have given minus 5 if I could. Terrible company to deal with. The only times I’ve heard back from them is if I’ve chased. We’re now thousands of pounds down in solicitors fees and weeks with an empty unit because I can’t arrange for any of the heavy machinery to be ordered in ready for opening because of the non existent communication….ten weeks into securing the lease on our tiny unit. Nothing complicated in the lease at all!

I used them to sell my mothers house and they did everything for me from viewings with prospective buyers to progress chasing final contract exchange. I was frequently and regularly updated on progress; the communication and feedback was excellent. from the friendly and competent staff, all are brilliant, Chrissy was amazing..

Our survey was booked and completed very quickly and the communications with Belinda were excellent! We received the report very soon after. The report was very detailed, stating any issues and necessary remedial works clearly. Awful experience with this company

Awful experience with this company. Buying and selling property is already stressful, but a poor agent makes it far worse. Communication was terrible, the property brochure was subpar, and at no point did I feel they were acting in my best interests. I had to escalate a formal complaint and seek advice from the Property Ombudsman. They seemed completely unaware, or indifferent, to the stress they caused. I’ve worked with excellent estate agents before, and this was the complete opposite. It will be a relief when Rightmove allows private sellers to bypass agencies like this.

I have had best experience with Arnold keys Norwich staff! Joe/Alfie/Julie and Phil were and have been extremely professional, polite and proactive to help everything sorted for me as a new tenant. The team led by Katie Mountain at Arnold’s Keys were extremely professional and proactive in marketing our property in Norwich in such challenging times. Everything from professional photography to EPC was carried out swiftly and we were on the market within days of instruction. They included a virtual viewing video which was very useful for buyers. The initial lady that showed us around our (now) rented house was kind, thoughtful, professional and human. However, In the process of looking for a property we dealt with at least a dozen estate agents, Arnold Keys was the most rude and unprofessional- from at least two members of staff we spoke to. This was due to the size of our family. We were told if they knew there were so many of us we wouldn't have received a viewing and discouraged from applying - were even incredulous at the thought of it. If I had a choice, I would not deal with them.

Rude and patronising staff, zero communication unless chased multiple times and so bad that we gave up and went for premises with a different estate agent. They lied to us more than once and having spoken to other business owners who have used them this is definitely not exclusive to us. I would avoid at all costs.

Severely disappointed in the customer service and experience. Looking for a commercial property and contacted Arnold’s Keys to get an update on how things were progressing with a property I went to see. Have emailed and called requesting an update even if there is no news it would be great to know what is happening. Have heard nothing for over 3 weeks now. Assuming the deal is dead. Coming from a corporate background I call this poor professionalism and lack of basic human decency. I am not surprised the property has been empty for over two years. As a landlord I would be furious to know my property is not being run efficiently. Shall take my business elsewhere. Thankfully have met some rather splendid agents from other businesses who have time for customer queries.

Very Poor - Owners and renters be aware I write regards my experience with this company when making enquiries about rental of property Colegate in Norwich All owners should be made aware as they are completely unprofessional and despite contacting via telephone, via website, and directly to email staff including Phil Cooper one of the directors, not one single person came back in any way. I was prepared to offer the up to the full annual payment in advance, this I would suggest therefore also was never fed back to the actual owner. I would not want to be using this kind of company offering this lack of professionalism and demonstrates the likely performance people will experience. I have again emailed Phil Cooper to inform him of this and that a review will be left regards my experience. I would have left a minus star if optional.
