FacebookHad an excellent experience with Arnolds Keys and would thoroughly recommend them. They sold our property quickly (within a couple of days of it being put on the market) and their advice was excellent and saved us money. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable and overall a thoroughly professional service. Many thanks to everyone involved. If we find ourselves with another property to sell you will be our only port of call.

If they were not immediately available, Kathryn, Elisha and Chrissy in the Norwich office always responded to our queries quickly and followed up on anything we discussed. GoogleI am a mother of two children who are currently in maternity and this agency does not accept income from maternity this is very revolting for a mother who is in the maternity to care for her children does not have the rights staff of this agency is very arrogant and does not help you in clear explanation.

FacebookBooked a viewing and was told i'd receive a confirmation email. Nothing. Called twice to confirm time and address and was told I'd get a call back. Nothing. I then get a phone call asking if i want to put an offer in. Great job Arnold Keys. Yes I'd love to put an offer in for a house you haven't shown me!

FacebookA very disappointed tenant. Got engineer’s visit for a broken washing machine on 10 April and it’s been 3 day since and they tell me they contacted the landlord today. Appalling service after Being with the property more than 5 years. Prince of Wales road office in NORWICH.

GoogleThey handled our application professionally and flexibly. We were on the last week of our tenancy when we applied for the property and they got everything sorted in time. Application fees are a bit higher than other agencies but you get what you pay for. Would very much recommend
