We had Arnold keys sell our house for us and the experience was very pleasurable throughout. Sally, Kate and James really worked so hard and kept us informed every step of the way . The entire process from start to finish was very professional and constant and a pleasure to have them act as our agents who sold and completed sale within 4 weeks . Thankyou to a great team who made this experience seem so easy due to their expert knowledge and were never more than a call away …...absolutely faultless throughout,

I was continually shocked by what they let their landlords get away with. They don't fight for you, and I'd be surprised if they actually passed anything on.

This company is not to be trusted we…

This company is not to be trusted we bought a bungalow in sheringham norfolk from this estate agent and we visited it a couple of times during the buying process we viewed it March this year and asked the agent who showed us round the property to show us the electric shower working and the boiler and it was working when we moved into the property in June the boiler or the shower wasn't working we got in touch with arnolds keys about the shower and they said they would send a plumber round to see what was wrong with it the plumber came round and he said we need a new one the plumber spoke to arnolds keys on the phone and they said as we had seen the shower working as a gesture they would pay for a new one the plumber said he would go and buy one like for like and he would be back today or tomorrow whenever he could get a replacement Saturday came and went so did sunday no plumber Monday morning I phoned arnolds keys to ask what had happened to the plumber and they said they never said they would pay for it so the plumber never came back so it cost us 400 pounds for a new shower and fitted then with the boiler not working another 150 pounds for that if they had told us that the boiler or the shower wasn't working we could have got the price to have them replaced and repaired from the price of the property they deceived us and they should be named and shamed for there actions

The team at Arnolds Keys Holt have been a real pleasure to work with. They are so friendly and helpful, and keep on top of the process but without being pushy. They certainly removed a huge amount of stress thanks to their fantastic attitude and approach. Thank you Hana, Tom, Dominic and Stevie!

Doing some research on behalf of some clients and spoke to Allan. Really friendly, super helpful and very knowledgable. I will most certainly be recommending Allan to my clients.

Just exchanged contracts and would to thank all at Arnolds Keys for their help in making this happen under such unusual lock down times. Especially Sally at Norwich who regularly kept me informed.

Had a commercial property on the market with them for best part of a year, they kept telling us that we had a buyer after seven months of continually ringing and chasing nothing was happening even our solicitor said it isn`t happening. Was not able to pull out of contract but was never sent a bill until we got a court demand for nearly £1000 so I rang immediately to sort the bill, but was made to feel like I had done something wrong even though they were selling for us. I had never had a demand ever in my life and when I asked why I didn`t receive an invoice they were very flippant. After a discussion they did half the bill but the letter was still blaming us. All this on top of lockdown was very stressfull

Unprofessional and slow in simple terms. Never reassured if they are actually helping me or just trying to sell it on to someone else. Their commercial side is just terrible with no get up and go attitude but rather just dragging along their heels because they clearly don't want to deal with it.

All feedback is greatly appreciated James, so thank you for taking the time to comment. We are conscious that your experience has not been of the standard we would normally aspire to and for this we apologise. We will investigate the points raised and where necessary, staff training will be implemented.

Good professional service. Small points. I was not informed that the references were complete and that the agreement could be completed until I telephoned yesterday. Fortunately, due to lockdown, I was available at short notice. Also, it is helpful that you now have an electronic signing facility. I was not however able to sign with my signature as that did not work either with my finger or an e-pen, so I had to type my name instead.

You kept me up-to-date on who was viewing the property and very helpful in recommending somebody to clear the contents of the property. Would certainly recommend them.

We used Arnolds Keys to as the surveyors for a number of properties that we were looking to buy. The surveys were conducted quickly, and whenever we called for updates we were looked after marvellously by Belinda, or whoever else was picking up the phones, that day. As a result, we managed to avoid buying a house that had been done up really badly by cowboy builders, and are now happily ensconced in another house, in full knowledge of what needs doing up urgently, and what can be left. Can't recommend them highly enough.

From a tenant perspective as soon as they have your money their service is done. Very poor experience with Arnold Keys in Norwich - in the two instances I have had contact with them their level of customer service has been shocking.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry you found our service to be below standard. As we don't have your name we cannot investigate this situation any further but if you would like to call to discuss the matter we would be more than happy to talk through your issues. Many thanks The Arnolds Keys Lettings Team

Very unprofessional, emailed them to arrange a viewing, when they phoned me they told me I was unable to view the property as the vendor had a clause that the potential purchaser must have sold their house, fair enough had no issue with that. They also advised me it was a bit remote, as if I hadn’t done my research on the area prior to booking an appointment. They never once asked me for any details of my requirements, contact details to see if they could interest me in another property they had on their books or help me in my search, just let me ring off, losing a potential customer. I have since emailed back as my circumstances have changed so I am ready to move quickly, no contact or response what so ever. Would never purchase anything from this estate agent (would rather lose the house) as fills me with no confidence what so ever to do dealings with them, first impressions count, the impression was poor customer service, if you purchased a property via this agent I’m sure you would have to do all the chasing to see what stages you were at, as communication looks as if it scares them. They must have enough business to let customers slip through their fingers, happy days for other estate agents if they can get it right. Be warned I’m not the first person to give a poor review.

I have been charged £200 to paint 1 room, I didn’t even have a chance to sort it myself. Someone moved in before my contract was finished. Demanded the keys back to show people round and then didn’t even bother to call me with they were taking the money, I rang multiple times to find out what was going on and no one, NO ONE even bothered to call me back even tho I was promise they would on the same day or next day. No one seems to know what the basic procedures are telling different things everytime. Don’t go to this company they seem to only care about getting money and nothing else.

My husband and I have been property searching for around 18 months. We have now found one through Arnold Keys Coastel in Sheringham. They have been without a doubt the most professional agents we have dealt with. Every one of the team are most helpful and knowledgeable of their properties and the area. We highly recommend them.

They handled the change of tenant, with quite a lot of repair and refurbishment in the interlude, efficiently. I was kept informed at all stages about options, costs and timings, and they managed everything for me. All that, and they added human touches: I always knew I was dealing with a person, not a system.

To the first reviewer. Unfortunately, this is standard practice at most letting agents. It is an expensive business obtaining a rental home but much cheaper than buying one. Your agent should advise you of your likelihood of success when you first speak with them. It depends on your income, number of children and more often than not whether you have pets. Most agents automatically apply a no animals policy but this can usually be negotiated with the landlord through the agent before you pay anything. Cats and dogs generally make wear and tear on a property and also means the property must be professionally cleaned at the point of departure. This is an additional expense usually incurred by the outgoing tenant and can result in extra costs for the landlord if not done satisfactorily as the next tenants may be allergic to the residual hair and skin within carpets etc. Your best bet is to discuss your needs with the agent in a way that encourages the agent to help you find suitable accommodation. Good luck with your search for your next home.

Looking for a house to rent I found one with them, all was good until they told me the fees of applying. £120 per person applying for the rent then another £120 on top for the contract and fidning the house (they didnt even come with me to see the house) is extremely overpriced. It was £100 more than the average of renting in Bristol, London, Manchester and Liverpool to namea few. Not to mention its another £120 if you need a garantor and if you have pets an extrea £200 on top of the deposit per pet, but at least we would have got that back. The service was good but extortionate fees meant I could not risk to apply with no garantee I would actually get the house and to be honest I did not want to support this kind of practice.
