GoogleReally pleased with the service and support from the team with my recent house sale. Josh and Natasha in the office were always cheery and quick to offer help and chase up enquiries if needed. Charlie and Chrissy were the 'progressors' who did loads of work to keep things moving for a successful conclusion. Chrissy's glass three quarters full disposition kept me feeling that it could all go through. And it did!! Thank you so much

Arnold Keys in Aylsham have kept in regular contact with a very impressive level of service. They have given us advance warning of properties coming on to the market prior to them being featured on Rightmove. We have no hesitation in recommending Arnold Keys and in particular Joshua Smith who has provided us with an outstanding level of customer care.

Their constant efforts behind the scenes enabled us to complete a far from straightforward purchase for our older parents involving ill health, a last minute bridging loan & other issues. Always professional, friendly & good humoured they were available throughout for practical support & sensible advice; in Chrissy’s case even working on some of her days off to ensure that the sale was achieved & that completion met the deadline - you’re a star & our family are very grateful, thank you.

David has a wealth of knowledge and presents himself extremely well which was shown from the day we met him on the valuation of our property. With myself and my wife having no previous experience of selling a house, David has always provided us with advice and answers to all of our questions, no matter how silly they have been. The team at Arnold keys have always been more than accommodating with our difficult, busy work schedule. When speaking to a member of the team at Arnold keys, they have always been extremely polite and helpful which much also resound to potential buyers of our property. Josh’s photos of our property are beautiful and he obviously has a keen eye for detail, capturing exactly what we had hoped for in the listing. And lastly the description of our house is of a matched quality. So far we could not ask for more from an estate agent and I highly recommend to anyone looking to list their property for sale whether you have previous experience of selling or not. I can guarantee that this team of professional individuals will be able to accommodate your needs and provide a service second to none. Thank you

They provided exceptional customer service to me, and as a buyer I wasn’t even paying for this service! GoogleThey handled the change of tenant, with quite a lot of repair and refurbishment in the interlude, efficiently. I was kept informed at all stages about options, costs and timings, and they managed everything for me. All that, and they added human touches: I always knew I was dealing with a person, not a system.
