I recently used Arnolds Keys to sell my house in Aylsham. From the moment I walked into their office, which is in the best possible place, right on the square in Aylsham town centre, I found all the staff professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I was impressed that the they listened to my requirements and wishes rather than giving me a sales pitch about how good they were and what I needed to do. Natasha clearly has extensive experience in Estate Agency and had a very practical approach. Kate did a great job of preparing the sales brochure including very good photos and even a 3D tour. Another thing I particularly liked was that Arnolds Keys took time to actually identify potential purchasers that were genuinely interested in the property and, importantly, were actually in a position to buy it, before arranging viewings. This avoided a lot of time wasting. Another point I liked was that the staff worked as a team, including Josh who always was happy to help if Natasha or Kate were not immediately available. It took a little over a month to find a buyer which I felt was good going at a time when the market was quite sluggish. When things got a little bogged down in the lead up to exchange of contracts Fleur (who handles sales progression most diligently) kept in touch with the buyers and both solicitors to get things moving again, so from start to finish I felt that Arnolds Keys did everything that a professional estate agency should do. If you are selling a house in Aylsham or the surrounding, area I would certainly recommend using them.

Our Sales Progressor Fleur was massively helpful & always kept us up to date with latest developments,, she went above & beyond to make sure our purchase went as smoothly as possible . We lived in a flat which was managed by the Arnold Keys for 1 year and 3 months. Everything was great except some maintenance issues in the house while tenancy continues. The person we contacted during the tenancy was very helpful. After the end of tenancy I went back to the house for the checkout report and handover of the keys. I met with Catherine Hunt in the house she was there for the checkout report. I handover keys to her and she saw cupboard keys in my hands and she thought that keys were also for the flat she asked to me give that keys to her aswell. When I told her these were cupboard keys she treated me like I was lying and hiding the keys for the flat. In the beginning of the tenancy period there were marks in the bedroom ceiling. However in the end of the tenancy they claimed the deposit for the marks which were not left by us !!!. They also claimed 234 £ for the cleaning just for the water marks in the bathroom and dusts on top of the sockets in a 1 bedroom flat. Other parts of the house left very clean by us. We left the house 11 of march and we just got the unclaimed part of the deposit in 13 of april. We had to wait a month for get back our deposit. Please very careful when renting from this agency as they could not be honest in the check in report.

Great company that cares about its reputation! I have been renting a flat for over a year now and coopiraring with Arnolds Keys is really what I wish for all people! The representative is always in touch (thanks, Joe!). If something breaks, be it a window frame or a kitchen faucet, an agency representative will always help. From the moment I viewed the flat and until today, I have only positive emotions! I look forward to further cooperation with this company!

Very disappointing - our property evaluation appointment was cancelled at very short notice with a lame excuse ! Unprofessional & doesn't give a very good message to a potential customer .

The staff are a nightmare to talk to on the phone and talk down to you. I rented for a year and thank god I have left that branch. Awful company. I got locked in my own house as the door handle broke, and they didnt see it as an emergency and I had work to go to.
